General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, May 11, teases that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will mull over their next step. There’s no denying that marrying Willow would give Michael an advantage against Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier). It’s just a matter of how far they’re willing to go to protect Wiley Quartemaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) – and the answer is obviously as far as it takes.
GH fans can expect Willow to get on board, but she’ll wonder if Michael’s really OK with a loveless marriage. Although Willow considers Michael a great friend, she’ll doubt that it’ll ever turn into more. Michael will be marrying a woman who’ll probably never love him according to Willow.
Of course, Willow will inevitably be wrong about that down the road, but none of that will matter to Michael anyway. Wiley is what matters, so Michael will think their love for the kid is what’s important.
General Hospital spoilers say Michael will point out that they get along and care about Wiley’s well-being more than anything. He’ll think they have the foundation for a strong union, even if romantic love’s not involved. Michael will feel like Willow can be an excellent role model for Wiley as he grows up.
Willow and Michael will decide an engagement is for the best, so they’ll be getting married soon enough. However, they’ll also need to do some strategizing. On Monday, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will help Michael and Willow prep for court.
The fierce attorney won’t be too worried about stalwart Michael, but Diane will warn Willow about keeping her cool in court.
Willow had a major outburst in the courtroom with Shiloh Archer (Chloe Lanier), so Diane won’t want a repeat. General Hospital spoilers say Willow will assure Diane that she’s ready. Diane will go through how they’re going to play this in front of the judge.
Michael and Willow already know everything there is to know about Wiley. They’re experts on how to take care of the kid and Nelle’s practically a stranger.
Michael will worry that’ll help Nelle make a case for why she deserves more time with the tot, but Diane won’t be concerned. She’ll contend that Nelle can argue what’s best for Nelle, but they’re going to argue what’s best for Wiley.
At the PCPD, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will be amused by Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) familiar predicament. General Hospital spoilers say Chase will won’t to see who’s going to bail Brook Lynn out if Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) won’t.
Brook Lynn’s father will apparently pass on getting Brook Lynn out of trouble – if Brook Lynn even bothers to ask.
It’ll be Julian Jerome (William deVry) who comes through for Brook Lynn, so she’ll be incredibly grateful. Next, Nelle will suggest it’s such a pity Chase blew it with Willow.
At Charlie’s Pub, Nelle will irritate Chase about his Willow split and suggest they could perhaps rekindle their own romance. Chase will think Nelle’s being her usual delusional self, so that’s a “no” on the Nelle reunion!
Over with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), he’ll invite someone to have a beer with him at The Floating Rib. It makes sense that it’ll be Chase since Finn will make him an offer soon.
It might involve help with fixing Chase’s relationship, but Chase won’t be down for that – not right now anyway. Chase will stand by his actions as the only way to push Willow into a marriage with Michael.
Back with Nelle, she’ll overhear a whopper of a secret. Brook Lynn will talk a bit too loudly about the car crash Julian caused – the one meant for Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) that left Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) in a coma.
General Hospital spoilers say Nelle will pounce on the opportunity to use this. Brook Lynn will promise Julian his secret’s safe, but Nelle will slide right in her spot as the blackmailer.
GH fans can expect Nelle to present Julian with a “generous” offer, which will apparently involve testifying on her behalf in exchange for her silence. Julian will put up a fight, which may make matters worse.
General Hospital spoilers say Nelle will make some shocking moves to keep up with Michael, so marriage may be in the cards for Julian and Nelle.
