General Hospital (GH) spoilers new for Monday, May 18, tease that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kobert) will approach Ava Jerome (Maura West) and attempt to get chummy with her. Cyrus tends to pile on the flattery when he talks to women, so Ava should get a compliment or two. Ava will flash a smile until Cyrus reveals his name and leaves his conversation partner on edge.
Ava knows exactly what Cyrus is capable of thanks to Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) gunshot wound and the death of Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) father. Cyrus didn’t pump the bullets himself, but he’s still the reason Laura faced lethal danger and Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) is deceased – supposedly anyway.
Ava will proceed with caution, but she’ll definitely send a firm message. Cyrus should realize Ava has no interest in being his friend or anything more. Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean Cyrus will back off!
Meanwhile, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will have a little celebration with Molly Lansing-Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
They’ll sit at the Metro Court and talk about the happy duo becoming domestic partners. Jordan will recognize the commitment they’re making and wonder if they’re planning a ceremony or just a party.
Curtis will encourage Jordan to ease up a bit and let the pair breathe. Molly and TJ went through a rough ordeal, but TJ will think they came out stronger on the other side. He’ll feel like all of this led to them locking in their future, which Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will congratulate them on.
After Sonny steps over to say a few words, TJ will suggest he’s grateful Molly’s chosen to spend the rest of her life with him. Molly will look uneasy throughout the entire scene, and GH fans know that’s because she’s keeping a huge secret. While TJ was being held hostage, Molly slept with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and has been keeping it under wraps ever since.
That may not be possible for much longer since one character will learn she’s pregnant in the week ahead. If that’s Molly, she’ll face yet another layer of complicated drama. Later, Sonny will be given a harsh, private reminder about what’s at stake.
Jordan’s trying to keep the story behind TJ’s abduction under wraps, so she’ll want Sonny to cooperate.
It’s important to keep quiet and avoid getting mixed up in all Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) digging, so Jordan will want Sonny to stay out of it. As for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she’ll endure a strenuous workout with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).
Sam will hope that might take Alexis’ mind off her disbarment troubles, but she won’t have much luck cheering her mom up.
Alexis just won’t know who she is if she isn’t an attorney, but that’s only one part of her. There are many other parts to explore – and now’s her chance! Sam will try to spin this into a positive fresh start or at least a different path forward.
She’ll do whatever she can to help Alexis carry on, but Alexis will feel more like having a pity party.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) will look positively giddy over her new husband, Julian Jerome (William deVry). Nelle will gladly give Julian an impressive introduction in court. She’ll sell some phony story of last-minute love and support for Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) looked miffed by Nelle’s late arrival in her wedding dress, but she didn’t exactly look surprised. There’s a good reason for that since Carly was warned beforehand.
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) were blindsided, so they’ll wonder what’s up. Who told Carly about Nelle’s marriage antics?
Carly will admit she got a call from someone, so that might’ve been Ava. Who else would know Julian and Nelle tied the knot? Ava would probably have heard about her brother’s sudden marriage and may have even supplied a jet to Las Vegas.
After all, Ava’s got Cassadine resources she can rely on now. She might’ve thought Carly deserved a heads-up before Nelle announced herself as Mrs. Julian Jerome.
Finally, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will reflect on a significant loss in her life. It’s been a year since Oscar Nero Quartermaine (Garren Stitt) died, so Joss may pay a visit to Oscar’s Meadow or at least think back on fond memories at home.
Josslyn will always love and miss Oscar, but she’ll find that she’s actually ready to move on. There’s a good chance Joss will want to do that with Cameron Webber (William Lipton), but will Cam’s lingering feelings for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) get in the way?
We’ll fill you in as other GH news and updates emerge. General Hospital spoilers say the teen love scene will get messy down the road! CDL will have tons of other General Hospital spoilers, news and updates to pass along, so check back in for more info.
