General Hospital Spoilers Update: Thursday, November 19 – Drunk Alexis Provokes Cyrus – Carly Mob War End – Peter Haunted

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, November 19, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will feel like enough is enough. How much longer will this battle with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) go on? Carly will question Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about that and hope the end is in sight.

Jason can’t make any promises about when Cyrus will be defeated, but that’s definitely the goal. You can bet Jason will do whatever it takes to keep his loved ones safe and make sure Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) emerges victorious.

Elsewhere, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will go on another drinking binge and leave Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) concerned. That could be why Sam contacts Jason looking for help. General Hospital spoilers say Jason will assist Sam for the night, so he may end up watching the kids while Sam deals with Alexis.

Whatever the case, Alexis will cross paths with Cyrus on Thursday – and the result won’t be pretty! General Hospital spoilers say Alexis will lash out at this drug trafficking baddie, so Cyrus could easily retaliate.

It looks like Julian Jerome (William deVry) may witness Alexis’ outburst and grow concerned about what Cyrus might do.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will have a warning for Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews). Since Julian doesn’t have the greatest track record when it comes to making good decisions, Sonny will worry that more trouble’s brewing.

Julian knows Taggert is alive, so Sonny may think they should prepare for the possibility that he’ll spill the secret.

Unfortunately, GH fans know Julian already ran his mouth to Cyrus – and for no reason! It didn’t change anything for Julian, but now Taggert, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are in grave danger.

Sonny’s bound to face backlash for helping Taggert cover up his survival as well, so stay tuned for some chaos.

In the meantime, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will feel like it’s now or never. She’ll fear Julian won’t live to tell the tale if he hangs around Port Charles much longer. Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) has the resources to help Julian disappear, so Ava will push her brother to accept Nik’s help.

Sadly, this is bigger than Julian now. Cyrus has brought Julian’s loved ones into the equation, so Julian can’t bail or else innocent people he cares about could get hurt. Julian may have no choice but to help Cyrus out with this deadly delivery and let the chips fall where they may.

At The Floating Rib, Laura Webber (Genie Francis) will drop a bomb on Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). It seems Scott may have been the one Laura phoned after leaving the Wilson Avenue house.

Laura deceived Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) about that mysterious case – the one that’s 40 years old and has a bunch of redacted information.

Laura definitely knows what case Cyrus is looking into, so she’ll have some unsettling news for Scott on Thursday. It looks like Scott and Laura will have a strategy session, but it’ll be tough to prepare without knowing Cyrus’ plans.

Next, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will invite Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to join her after an uncomfortable encounter. Since Lulu’s destination will be The Floating Rib, she’ll feel like she should ask Dante to tag along.

Things are still pretty awkward between Lulu and Dante at this point, so he probably won’t want to spoil her evening with Laura. Dante and Lulu will go their separate ways again, which means Lulu will have a chance to confide her true feelings later.

Lulu will tell Laura all about her Dante issues as well as her Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) problems.

Although Dustin is a great guy, he’s just not Dante. Part of Lulu will just want to stick with the status quo, but Dustin can’t truly replace Dante in her heart. On the other hand, Lulu’s wary of Dante leaving again and turning her life upside down once more. Lulu also doesn’t want to hurt Dustin, so this is a messy situation.

Laura will listen to Lulu’s romantic dilemma and offer guidance as a loving mom. She’ll probably feel like Lulu’s heart will lead the way eventually. For now, Laura will want Lulu to give herself room to breathe and time to think.

Alas, Lulu’s death seems to be on the horizon based on the latest General Hospital spoilers. Friday’s episode will bring an explosion at The Floating Rib, so this may be the last conversation Lulu ever has with her mom.

At the boxing gym, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will struggle to shake doubts about who he is at his core. General Hospital spoilers say Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will sense that Peter’s on edge, so she’ll encourage him to open up.

After Peter shares his worries, Maxie won’t understand the source of them. Peter may admit that Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) got in his head somewhat.

It’s like there’s this dark part of Peter that he just can’t escape, so he’ll remain uneasy about becoming a husband and father.

Nevertheless, Maxie will feel certain Peter’s going to be the perfect family man he wants to be. Little does Maxie know Peter’s keeping some disturbing secrets under wraps! As other GH info comes in, we’ll bring you more updates.

Thursday’s episode will set the stage for Friday’s explosive shockers, so stick with us for the latest details. CDL will always have the hottest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to pass along!
