General Hospital Spoilers Update: Thursday, October 29 – Hospitalized Franco’s Medical Mystery – Maxie’s Birthday Bash – Alex’s Dark Threat

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, October 29, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will remain worried about Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). In fact, Carly will be more concerned than before when Sasha shows up at the Metro Court with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Cyrus won’t care if Carly or anyone else knows who his dinner guest is. He’ll just be focused on locking in friendship that could have many advantages. Cyrus will do his best to sell Sasha on the idea and make her believe it’ll benefit her, too.

Sasha’s addiction has made it impossible for her to function without drugs, so she’ll feel like she has to get on board with Cyrus’ offer. Meanwhile, Carly will look across the room at Sasha and let Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in on her suspicions.

Carly will think Sasha’s using drugs, so she’ll have a good reason to fret over Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) ex getting mixed up in Cyrus’ circle.

Sonny may have concerns about that as well, but he’ll know he has to proceed with caution. When it comes down to it, Sonny can’t risk igniting another mob battle over Sasha alone.

This is a situation that could affect the whole city of Port Charles, so Sonny has to be careful – especially not that Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) is working undercover.

At Charlie’s Pub, Julian Jerome (William deVry) will get an offer from Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Nikolas will have a feeling Julian is playing a big role in Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) dilemma.

Perhaps Nikolas will figure out the whole Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) situation or at least make some assumptions that he wants Julian to admit.

Nikolas will be willing to fix Julian’s mess for him, but trust issues could present a hurdle. However, Julian isn’t in the position to be picky about who helps him. He’ll have to at least consider Nikolas’ proposal, but some other drama’s about to grab Julian’s attention.

Cameron Webber (William Lipton), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” (Ashton Arbab) will arrive at Charlie’s Pub for an important meeting.

Trina will want to discuss the scheme she’s cooked up to repair Marcus Taggert’s (Real Andrews) reputation.

Of course, the rest of the gang may push Trina to chill and enjoy the Halloween festivities. There’ll be time for Trina’s mission later, so she’ll eventually leave for a party with her pals.

Back with Julian, he’ll watch as a man wearing a mask seems too interested in Trina, Joss, Cam and Dev. It’ll creep Julian out to the point that he stops the guy to see what his problem is.

Once that mask drops, it looks like Taggert will reveal his face and leave Julian reeling. Taggert may recognize Julian as well since he stopped Julian from murdering Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) on the pier. Maybe Taggert and Julian will make a pact to keep each other’s secrets under the circumstances!

Other General Hospital spoilers say Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will be rushed to GH following his medical issue at The Floating Rib. Franco suddenly keeled over, but he’ll get the best possible care soon enough.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will do what she can to get to the bottom of Franco’s health drama – and it seems Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will be called in as well.

That means Finn will have to miss trick-or-treating with Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), but a storm will be set to hit Port Charles anyway. Halloween is also Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) birthday, so Violet might be persuaded to enjoy the bash and play with Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher).

Whatever the case, Maxie will indeed have a little celebration for her B-day, so she’ll get some gifts from Anna and lots of attention from Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will do his best to subtly pump the brakes on Peter and Maxie’s romance – like when he appears out of the blue to derail their kiss.

Spinelli will have to keep up the pretense of supporting Maxie and Peter’s union, but he’ll still give little signs that he’s not a fan. Peter should pick up on those and so will Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), who’ll visit Anna and warn her about Spinelli being a real threat to Peter.

Spinelli will need Sonny’s advice regarding the Peter fiasco on Thursday, so he’ll still be working on his plot.

We should also point out that Finola Hughes will be seen in two different witch costumes as part of the Halloween mayhem – a white one and a black one. It sounds like the show will have a “good twin, bad twin” theme going on, so Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) should be lying in wait.

Anna will be left alone and at risk at some point, so General Hospital spoilers say a lethal force to be reckoned with will move closer. Alex wants Anna to die, so there’ll be a chill on the air on this Halloween night – which is obviously coming a bit early in PC.

Back at GH, Ava will extend a peace offering to Franco. She’ll be sorry to hear that Franco was hospitalized and will hope for a new beginning in their friendship. After Ava apologizes for being manipulative, she’ll ask for forgiveness and most likely get her wish.

What’s wrong with Franco though? It appears to be related to Franco’s brain, so we wouldn’t be surprised if this was linked to the memory-mapping procedure. It’d be smart for GH writers to bring that up again as they build toward Peter’s exposure.

As other GH news rolls in, we’ll deliver more updates. General Hospital fans will see some great stuff in Thursday’s spooky episode, so be sure to tune in. CDL will have all the fantastic General Hospital spoilers, updates and news you need, so pop back in soon.
