General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, August 11, teases that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will want to get a few things straight with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Curtis will be sick and tired of watching Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) get pushed around by Cyrus.
After some barbs are traded at the Metro Court bar, Curtis will let Cyrus know that justice will soon be served.
In the meantime, Curtis will contend that they’re playing by his rules from here on out. Cyrus certainly won’t be shaking in his boots over this warning, but that won’t matter to Curtis.
The important thing will be taking Cyrus down and keeping Jordan safe in the process. That goes for Jordan’s loved ones as well – like TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), who’ll put his mom through a grilling session on Tuesday.
TJ will be upset and even a bit irked over Jordan’s very public endorsement of Cyrus. He’ll wonder if Jordan got fired for that spectacle, so we’ll see what Jordan has to say about that. Even if Jordan’s career does take a hit, she’ll keep TJ out of the loop on Cyrus’ tightening grip.
While Jordan deceives TJ, Cyrus will cross paths with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). Perhaps Cyrus will strike up a conversation about the Nurses Ball and enrage Lucy in the process. Regardless, Lucy will lash out at Cyrus before their encounter wraps up.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) will argue with her lawyer. Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) is never afraid to be honest with Nelle, so he’ll flat-out admit her next idea isn’t going to work. Nelle may have some final plan that she thinks will ensure a win in the courtroom.
However, the judge has already determined who should get custody; he just hasn’t announced his decision yet. Martin may not think Nelle’s tactic stands a chance, so she’ll push him to come up with an alternative.
Of course, Martin may not think there’s anything left for Nelle to try – nothing that’ll truly help her anyway.
Bribing might be an option, but it’d be far too risky. Finding some last-minute dirt on the judge is another possibility, but Nelle’s running out of time. Perhaps Nelle’s best bet would be to let this ride and concentrate on what she’ll do if she loses.
The judge’s sole custody decision is ahead, so Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) would easily emerge victorious. That might trigger Nelle’s desperate plan to abduct Wiley.
Nelle’s got her passports ready to go and a tracker’s been planted in Wiley’s favorite kangaroo toy. All Nelle will have to do it wait for the perfect moment to scoop the kid up!
For now, let’s talk about Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and a chaotic ELQ meeting. Ned will feel like this disaster is imminent unless he brings everyone together for a vote ASAP. The goal will be bringing the company’s threat out in the open, but this SOS call will tip Michael off to trouble.
Since Ned’s just filling in during Michael’s leave of absence, Michael won’t be pleased when he realizes ELQ’s at risk. General Hospital spoilers say Michael will demand answers, but he won’t like the ones he receives.
Although Michael will seethe over all the secret-keeping, Ned may argue that Michael already had enough on his plate with his new marriage, the custody battle and Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) ordeal.
Now Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) been hospitalized on top of all that, but Michael will still think he deserved updates on ELQ’s drama. At GH, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will wonder if Sam McCall’s (Lindsay Hartley) going to sign or what.
Sam decided to take the deal Valentin’s offering, but they still have to make it official with some paperwork.
This definitely isn’t how Sam wanted to get her parole officer off her back, but this is the best option she has. Valentin has vowed to arrange for a new parole officer – somebody who won’t mind if Sam spends time with Jason.
That’s crucial now that Jason’s injured and unconscious, so Sam will have to ignore her doubts. She’ll sign Valentin’s document and give him the voting proxy he needs.
It won’t be long until Valentin joins the ELQ meeting and makes it clear that he’s behind the hostile takeover plot. General Hospital spoilers say Valentin’s news will cause some Quartermaine mayhem in the coming episodes, so don’t miss what’s next on GH.
