General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, December 9, teases that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will reel over Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) declaration. Once Jason leaves their home, Sam doesn’t want him to come back.
It’s clear that this is hard for Sam – and it’ll be even harder once Jason processes exactly what this means. He’ll wonder if Sam’s asking him to move out, and that’s indeed what she’s asking.
Of course, demanding may be a more appropriate term! No matter how much Sam loves Jason, there’s just no chance of having a normal family with him. Sam is choosing a new path for Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) and Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri).
That goes for herself as well since Sam just doesn’t think living happily ever after is possible with Jason.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will clash with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Carly will note that she asked Michael to forgive her, but he’ll argue that he can’t.
Michael may insist Carly would’ve left him in the dark forever if it weren’t for Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) overdose.
Carly kept quiet about the faux cheating, so this certainly feels like a big betrayal. Sasha’s overdose might’ve been prevented if Carly had confessed to Michael sooner, so he’ll remain angry with his mother.
Nevertheless, Michael has a forgiving heart and will inevitably soften toward Carly. It might even happen in Wednesday’s episode, but things should be back to normal by at least Christmas.
Next, Sasha will be surprised by Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) “loaded question.” There’s no word on exactly what the question will be, but Willow will obviously be looking for honesty. It may involve Sasha’s reunion hopes and what she expects to happen with Michael moving forward.
Regardless, Willow will have another deep discussion with Michael on Wednesday. They’re still husband and wife, so they have to keep communicating and do their best to navigate all this. It won’t be an easy task since there are so many complicated feelings to sort through.
Meanwhile, Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) will be put back on the hot seat. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will interrogate Martin once more, so look for Martin to face questions about his link to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Martin may act like there’s no connection at all, but Sonny will know better. He might call Martin’s attention to the drink that Cyrus recently purchased for him. Martin could play that off as a random act of kindness, but Sonny won’t buy it.
He’ll push Martin to come clean or else he’ll have to assume that Martin’s in deep when it comes to Cyrus’ business.
However, Martin just told Cyrus that he never wanted any part of Cyrus’ world. Martin may tell Sonny that as well, but will he divulge his relationship to Cyrus? There does seem to be some sort of familial bond going on, but Martin won’t want to share that unless he absolutely has to.
Even if Sonny can’t score all the answers he’s seeking from Martin, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will find information that’s of use. GH spoilers say Diane will unearth something interesting about Cyrus’ history.
A crucial piece of the past will be discovered, so we’ll see if that ties in with Martin or someone else.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will score a new clue of his own, so he’ll be hot on the trail soon. Before he heads out, Curtis will also advise against telling the police commissioner something.
It appears Curtis might actually be ribbing Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) or possibly Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) since she’ll have something to share on Wednesday.
Whatever the case, nothing can stop Epiphany from cornering Jordan and dishing out a stern warning. Jordan’s cover-up will be falling apart from Epiphany’s perspective.
Epiphany will offer updates on Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) search for answers. It looks like Epiphany will worry Trina, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are going to uncover hard evidence.
Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) is alive, so Epiphany may warn that fact’s probably going to be exposed sooner rather than later. Jordan needs to speed Cyrus’ takedown along or at least keep the teens protected from Cyrus’ potential wrath.
As for Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she’ll get a visitor she’s not expecting on Wednesday. That may or may not relate to Laura’s latest Cyrus showdown. Cyrus might pretend to play nice with the mayor and contend that peace should be restored to Port Charles.
That’s something Laura wants desperately, but she’ll know it’ll never be a reality unless Cyrus is out of the picture.
We’ll offer the latest details as other GH news emerges. General Hospital spoilers say Cyrus will make more waves as the mob chaos continues. CDL’s where you want to be for fantastic General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so drop by often.
