General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, October 7, teases that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will work to keep Epiphany (Sonya Eddy) safe. There’s more Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) drama brewing, so Jason will want Epiphany to keep an extra low profile.
That might be why Jason goes to Britt and presents a proposal on Wednesday. Jason will suggest it shouldn’t be a problem, but Britt will seem rather caught off guard. Naturally, this may be more about Britt’s power trip than anything.
Even though Britt is Cyrus’ puppet, she’s still enjoying micromanaging everything and everyone at GH. If Jason takes steps to make sure Epiphany stays out of the spotlight, Britt may wonder what’s up.
However, Britt has already demoted Epiphany to administrative duties, so it’s tough to imagine she’d care about Epiphany and what kind of presence she has at the hospital.
Across town, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will listen to all Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) questions and concerns. Now that Willow’s agreed to adopt Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson), his parents need to have a deeper discussion.
When Willow points to issues they need to clarify, Michael may promise that they’ll always make Wiley priority.
There’s certainly the possibility for love to bloom between Willow and Michael, but this adoption is about their mutual love for Wiley and the desire to give him the best life possible. Whether they have a long and happy marriage or not, Michael and Willow may make a pact to put Wiley above all else.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will be having a rough day. Of course, all of Sasha’s days are rough at this point. Sasha has a broken heart and is rapidly becoming a drug addict, so there’s nothing good about her life right now.
Even Sasha’s work at Deception is starting to suffer, so she’ll be in low spirits when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) spots her on Wednesday.
Although Sasha will put on a brave face, Valentin will see right through it. When Valentin urges to confide him, Sasha will indeed open up and lean on Valentin for support.
At Charlie’s Pub, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) will lay out her plan. Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) has been pestering Brook Lynn, but all that singing she was doing gave BLQ a “eureka” moment.
Brook Lynn needs a beautiful voice…Amy has a beautiful voice… It’s a no-brainer for Brook Lynn to “steal” that voice for her work at Deception.
Brook Lynn isn’t ready to admit to everyone that her singing career is over. Instead, Brook Lynn would rather pass Amy’s voice off as her own. Maybe Brook Lynn will ask if she can “borrow” Amy’s voice on a new track until she recovers.
GH fans know Brook Lynn will never be able to sing professionally again, but Amy doesn’t have to know that.
On the other hand, Brook Lynn might hide her intentions entirely and pretend Amy’s going to harmonize with her. Whatever the case, Amy will be excited about working together on this fun project.
It seems Brook Lynn will plan to lip sync to Amy’s voice later, so this is reminiscent of Amy’s whole Ask Man Landers fiasco.
General Hospital spoilers suggest Brook Lynn’s plot will bring trouble, but she’ll keep it going for as long as she can.
Over with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), they’ll continue their argument about Olivia’s Monte Carlo trip with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Since Ned just ranted about Olivia and Robert sleeping together, that’ll cut Olivia deep.
GH viewers know Olivia grew closer to Robert during their time together, but they never crossed any lines. Olivia will feel like Ned doesn’t even know her if he’d accuse her of such a horrible betrayal.
Ned will eventually wind up dealing with more guilt over his own betrayal, which involved a drunken one-night stand at Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house.
Robert and Olivia have been busy trying to solve the Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) mystery, not hitting the sheets! Now that Robert’s back home, he just ran into another face from the past.
The investigative journalist helping Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) is none other than Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney), who was last seen being portrayed by Demi Moore in the early 80s.
General Hospital spoilers say Robert’s in for a shock when he learns Jackie already knows Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). That’s Jackie’s stepson! Finn will be visibly disturbed by Jackie’s presence and should be pretty cold to her.
Jackie will likely offer vague updates on the story she’s working on while Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) gets stuck in the middle of all this.
It won’t be long until Jackie’s son, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), is stuck in the middle as well. Chase will be surprised when he spies Jackie at the Metro Court. After Chase welcomes his mom to Port Charles, he’ll speak to Finn privately.
Chase will hate all this tension and will point out how hard it is for Finn to be around Jackie.
Chase may once again argue it’s time for Finn to give it a rest already! Can’t Finn just let ancient history go? Unfortunately, Finn has insisted it’s not that easy – and General Hospital fans should find out why down the road.
