General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, September 9, teases that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will spill something surprising. Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will be taken aback when Joss admits what she heard from Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
Joss will bring up the kiss between Trina and Cameron before she fishes to find out his true feelings.
Over with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll have to deal with Bobbie Spencer’s (Jacklyn Zeman) outrage. Bobbie will be livid over Valentin’s latest moves.
Between Valentin’s shares and his control over Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) tiebreaker vote, he was able to shut down ELQ’s plan to bail out General Hospital.
That gave Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) the chance to save GH instead, but now he’s doing a lot more harm than good! Cyrus made a bold statement by firing Bobbie and Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), but other shockers are still to come.
Bobbie will argue that none of this would’ve happened without Valentin’s own power trip, so he’ll definitely face backlash on Wednesday.
Of course, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will think she’s responsible for Cyrus’ tight grip on GH. Sam will trace it back to giving Valentin her kids’ voting proxy, which led to his ELQ takeover.
The truth is this was all a chain reaction that Valentin set in motion. Sam isn’t at fault for what Valentin and Cyrus did.
Even so, Sam will expect Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to let her have it. She’ll be her own worst critic, but Jason will probably get that Sam never expected all this.
Despite Sam’s guilt over Bobbie and Monica’s suffering, Cyrus is the one who had them booted from GH – not Sam. Jason may offer a reminder of that and hope he can ease Sam’s mind.
Back with Valentin, he’ll sit down for a chat with Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight). Valentin will point out that Julian Jerome (William deVry) came around looking for Martin, so Martin will probably get around to Julian whenever he feels like it!
Julian is just another loose end related to Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier), so Martin may not be eager to deal with more Nelle drama.
Speaking of Nelle, Valentin will wonder what Martin thinks about Nelle’s disappearance. Is it for real? Martin may not be sure when it comes to a crafty character like Nelle. “Marty” has known Nelle long enough to realize she’s always got another trick or two up her sleeve.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have some fun with Brick (Stephen A. Smith). When Brick asks if Carly wants him to stop doing something, Carly will insist she most certainly does not.
Carly tends to enjoy flirting with Brick – and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is cool with it since it’s just a little joke between friends.
That may be what Brick and Carly are mostly up to on Wednesday, although they’ll make time for a drink as well. Over with Ava Cassadine (Maura Wright), she’ll be puzzled by Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) behavior.
Portia will have a change of heart about Ava’s involvement in Trina’s life.
It looks like Trina will have some special job or project she’d like to apply for at the gallery – and Portia won’t want Ava to turn her down. Portia will apologize for being overprotective and will perhaps want Ava to remain in this mentor role for Trina.
Learning about art and getting some friendly support surely aren’t hurting this teen.
Next, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will reel over the needle Julian just found near where Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) was sleeping. Since a puncture wound was discovered on Neil’s dead body, Alexis will determine that she was in denial for now reason.
General Hospital spoilers say Alexis will decide that Neil was simply a good liar – one that even she got duped by.
However, Alexis should change her mind about that sooner or later. Neil’s death was murder – and it certainly looks like Cyrus was to blame. GH viewers watched as Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) marched over to Cyrus’ home and accused him.
Jordan showed up demanding the truth about why Cyrus killed Neil, but she may have trouble prying it out of him.
Nevertheless, Cyrus seemed almost pleased that Jordan figured it out – probably because he knows Jordan can’t do a darn thing as long as he’s controlling her.
Jordan will try to end her association with Cyrus since he’s got enough people doing his dirty work. She won’t see why Cyrus needs her, but he’ll probably insist Jordan is a very special employee.
Cyrus has to have someone on his side at the PCPD, so there’s no chance he’ll let Jordan wiggle out of their arrangement. As other GH updates come in, we’ll give you the hottest news.
