General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) could find himself in just as much danger as Anna Devane (Finola Hughes)! GH fans know Valentin was right by Anna’s side when she got proof that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is actually Alex Devane Marick’s (Finola Hughes) son.
Valentin is part of the dangerous game Anna’s playing with her sister whether she likes it or not – and he’s made it clear that Anna’s life is his priority. If someone has to die, Valentin intends for it to be Alex. However, the real goal of the game right now is just figuring out that a switch has occurred.
Although Alex is pretty good at impersonating her sister, it shouldn’t take Valentin long to notice the difference. General Hospital already set up a clue for Valentin to ponder through the witch costumes. Anna was wearing a white one when Valentin showed up as well as when he left.
That’s why it should be peculiar to Valentin when he returns to find Anna wearing a black witch costume instead. General Hospital recently put out a promo that shows Valentin looking suspicious as “Anna” answers the door – and a black costume is visible.
This lines up with GH spoilers for November 3, which state that Valentin will be curious. He’s bound to wonder why “Anna” felt the need to change from a white costume to a black one, especially since Halloween attire was the last thing on her mind when he departed.
Anna was deeply distraught over the confirmation of the memory manipulation and all the lies.
Of course, Alex might use that to her advantage and argue that she thought the black costume would be more appropriate now. “Anna” might claim she’s mourning her son in a way. This same issue is probably going to come up with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), but that’ll lead to an easier explanation.
Finn already knows Anna was indecisive about which costume to choose, so Alex can just suggest she changed her mind. Nevertheless, Finn’s questions and concerns are going to come later. We want to focus on Valentin for now since he could land in quite a predicament.
The day after Valentin grills “Anna” and starts noticing something’s up, he’ll be caught by surprise. Anna was taken aback by Alex’s sneak attack, so it may be Valentin’s turn on November 4.
General Hospital spoilers say Valentin and Anna will be in a desperate race to stop Alex during November sweeps. They’ll work together on a plot – and they can’t do that if Anna’s stuck in the basement without Valentin.
It sounds like Alex may knock Valentin out and drag him down to the basement next. Will Valentin and Anna get trapped together?
Once Anna comes to, she may have a fellow hostage to keep her company! This could bring Ana and Valentin closer as they work to find a way out of the jam Alex has put them in.
