General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, March 11 Recap - Brad Pleads Guilty - Britt Returns - Sonny & Mike Share Tender Moments - TJ Still Missing

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Wednesday, March 11, reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) stared menacingly at Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) in the waiting room at the courthouse. He grabbed Brad and said that he’d spare his life, but that Brad had to plead guilty. Brad protested, and Sonny threw him down onto a chair, then took him by the shirt and told him that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) would not go through a trial, and that if he wanted to take another breath, he’d plead guilty.

Brad was then ushered into the courtroom to find Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) sitting in the galley. The judge began the proceedings and read the charges of kidnapping and fraud, then Brad pled guilty, which resulted in an outcry by Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). The judge made sure that Brad was aware of all the implications of his plea, and Brad said that he understood.

Brad then put on the record that he hadn’t acted alone, which alarmed Julian Jerome (William deVry), who was also sitting in the galley. Brad went on to say that Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) had masterminded the plan and that he went along with it. He then turned in Lucas’ direction and said that he had just wanted to give Lucas the family they always dreamed of.

After the hearing, Scott ranted at Brad for pleading guilty, but suddenly Lucas walked up and told Scott to stop badgering Brad. Lucas and Brad talked, and Brad said that Lucas couldn’t possibly hate him any more than he hates himself. Lucas said that he didn’t hate Brad, but that it was obvious that they didn’t know each other at all. Lucas took off his wedding ring and Brad realized that they probably would never see each other again.

Brad told Lucas to move on and find someone better than him, and the men hugged tearfully, then Lucas took off. Julian walked up next and asked Brad why he changed his plea. Brad told him about Sonny’s visit and said that he would keep Julian’s role in everything a secret, but that Sonny could still figure it out. Brad hoped that Julian had his bases covered. Finally, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) walked in and said that Brad looked like he could use a friend.

Next, at Turning Woods, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) finished up singing a set for the residents, Mike Corbin (Max Gail) included. Mike seemed lucid and the music brought back memories of Sonny’s childhood, which he happily recounted to Brook Lynn. Brook Lynn then fed Mike some of Olivia Quartermaine’s (Lisa LoCicero) meatballs. They talked together, and soon Sonny came in and saw them, smiling.

Mike saw Sonny and called him over and called Brook Lynn by Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) name. The three of them talked about old times, with Sonny and Mike sharing some memories from Sonny’s childhood. Mike said that those memories are so important – and in the end it’s all they’ve got. Mike then zoned out, and Brook Lynn and Sonny talked about how nice it was for Brook Lynn to come sing to the residents.

Brook Lynn took off, and Sonny and Mike shared some more memories, with Sonny nearly in tears. Meanwhile, Brook Lynn called Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and jokingly asked him when it was “take your daughter to work” day at ELQ. She said that she was now ready to be a part of the family business.

Meanwhile, in Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) office, she talked with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) but quickly got interrupted by a visit from Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos), who wanted to share that TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) hadn’t come home for a second night in a row. Jordan apologized and said that she had received a text from TJ, and that he probably just needed some time.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) stopped by Jordan’s office next with some ideas on combatting Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Laura thought that they needed to look into the people Cyrus hung out with at Pentonville, the guards, and gain intel on who Cyrus cares about in his life. Jordan agreed, and she set out to go talk with Cyrus at the prison.

After Jordan left, Laura reassured Curtis that he acted appropriately during the hostage situation, and that he did right by Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews). Curtis worried about Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), and Laura pointed out that she was mourning and just needed someone to blame right now. Laura asked how Curtis knew Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), and Curtis said only that they had known each other back in the day.

At the coffee shop, Molly and Sam talked. Molly was upset that TJ was ghosting her, and that it just wasn’t like him not to talk through problems. Sam offered her comfort to her sister and said that since she was a private investigator, she’d look for TJ herself. Molly was thankful, and Sam said that’s what sisters are for.

In New York, Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) took the witness stand at the medical board hearing and one of the board members asked if he could corroborate Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) statement that they never had a personal relationship. Just as Alexis had done, Neil lied and said that their relationship was strictly professional. The board then conferred in private, and Neil told Alexis that she basically forced him to lie.

Alexis insisted that Neil couldn’t throw his career away, but Neil insisted right back that he wanted her more. The board then reconvened and handed down their ruling – they decided that Neil could keep his license to practice medicine. Afterwards, Neil and Alexis lamented that now they needed to play by the rules, which meant that they couldn’t see each other romantically for a very long time. Alexis left, and Neil stood alone in the hearing room, upset.

Finally, at Pentonville, Jordan visited Cyrus, who was glib when Jordan referenced Taggert’s death and the fact that his daughter had to see him die. He claimed not to know what Jordan was talking about, then said that he did love children…after all they cure the sick and make medical discoveries. That unnerved Jordan, and she asked Cyrus to just say what he had to say.

Cyrus then said deliberately that no solitary confinement, no mayor, and no commissioner would keep a very determined man from getting what he wanted. Jordan asked quietly if Cyrus had her son.
