General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, November 18 – Julian’s Taggert Bomb Backfires – Michael Blasts Carly – Sonny Busts Nik

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, November 18, tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will feel like Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will do the right thing when the time comes. Jason has opened Britt’s eyes to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) being the reason for the flood of new drug-related cases at GH.

Britt pointed out that Jason was taking a big risk by telling her his theory. She wondered how Jason knew she wouldn’t go blab to her boss, but Jason seems to have faith in Britt. General Hospital spoilers say Jason will try to keep building on this alliance and hope he can count on Britt as part of Cyrus’ takedown.

In the meantime, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have his doubts about Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) claims. Nikolas finally couldn’t stand there and listen to Sonny pressure Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) anymore.

He lied that he ordered the hit on Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), but Sonny won’t be so sure he buys that on Wednesday.

Nikolas will insist he knew Ryan had to be dealt with, but Sonny will try to poke holes in Nik’s story and see if he can figure out what’s going on. As for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), she’ll struggle to make sense of a different situation.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) couldn’t let Willow blame herself for Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) ordeal, so he finally admitted he never cheated.

Of course, Willow’s bound to be confused by Chase’s confession. Chase admitted it was all a lie and a setup, but Willow’s still going to want a full explanation. On Wednesday, Chase will assure Willow that the plan was about doing what was best for Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).

Sasha and Chase gave Willow a nudge into marrying Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), which gave Michael a better shot of keeping custody. Once Willow gets over the shock of this bogus cheating revelation, she’ll lash out at her ex.

“Why would you two do something so awful?” Willow asks in Wednesday’s preview video. Despite Chase and Sasha’s good intentions, this bombshell won’t go over well. Both Michael and Willow’s lives have been turned upside down due to manipulation.

Willow might even bring up her time in the cult and how Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) always manipulated his followers. It’d be easy for Willow to argue that Chase was doing a version of the same thing.

There’s also the matter of Chase letting this lie go on for so long. Why not come clean after the custody fight was won – or at least after Nelle was dead? Chase passed up plenty of opportunities to confess, so Willow will be livid. That’s especially true since Sasha suffered to the point that she overdosed on drugs.

As for Michael, he just learned the truth through Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) admission. Wednesday’s episode will bring the details along with the news of how long Carly has known.

Michael will blow up at Carly for not telling him, but she’ll feel like she was doing what was best for Wiley. Now that Carly sees how much Sasha was struggling, she should have some regrets about keeping quiet.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Julian Jerome (William deVry) will pay the price for his desperate move. Julian was trying to avoid making that explosive delivery Cyrus wanted, so he offered up information instead.

Julian revealed that Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) is alive, which was obviously a pretty dumb thing to do. Did Julian really think Cyrus would just say “OK, thanks” and leave him alone? Cyrus still has the letter, so Julian isn’t helping himself here.

In fact, it looks like Cyrus will be angry with Julian for holding out on him until now. Cyrus will insist that Julian has no one to blame but himself, so trouble may be headed Julian’s way if he doesn’t do exactly as he’s told.

Back with Sonny, he’ll have a stern warning to pass along. “If you’re going to take a shot, you can’t miss,” Sonny says sternly in Wednesday’s preview clip. Ava looks nervous as she stands nearby.

Will Nikolas plan on taking Cyrus out for Julian’s sake – and as a result, Ava’s sake? Will Jason return and get the order instead?

Either way, Ava should be worried since Julian’s so tangled up in Cyrus’ web. As other GH details emerge, we’ll offer more updates. General Hospital spoilers say some twists and turns are ahead in PC, so don’t miss all the Cyrus drama.
