General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of August 10-14 tease that we’ll see some surprising run-ins and heated conflict. First, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will get a visit she wasn’t expecting. Sam McCall (temporarily played by Lindsay Hartley) will also find herself feeling suspicious.
Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will leave Sam uneasy, so she’ll undoubtedly want to find out his secrets.
Later, Sam will approach a situation with cautious optimism. It sounds like Sam will accept Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) deal and hope it makes her parole nightmare disappear. Sam will get some positive updates later, but her mood will turn sour when awful news follows.
Of course, Sam’s good news and bad news may not be connected, but the point is she’ll be on an emotional rollercoaster. Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will have a tense encounter with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) – and Lulu’s sure to speak her mind!
Next, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will be combative, so he may have an angry Cyrus run-in of his own. Then again, maybe there’ll be some conflict between Curtis and Jordan. Their marriage may be put to the test as this Cyrus drama drags on.
Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will find a reason to confront Cyrus as well, so he’ll certainly be a busy guy in the week ahead. As for Lucy, she’ll have a big announcement to make – and so will Valentin soon. General Hospital spoilers say Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will move forward with his plans for an emergency meeting.
Ned wants to force ELQ’s threat out of hiding, so Valentin had better work fast on the rest of his takeover plot. Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) deception will ultimately be revealed, so Ned will voice his disappointment and anger.
Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will wind up in the middle of this father-daughter faceoff, so she’ll push for peace.
Back with Jordan, she’ll feel she has no choice but to deceive TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). It’s for his own safety! Lulu will also turn to someone for a favor while Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) clashes with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Nikolas’ behavior will infuriate Franco, so that’ll cause more issues in the “Friz” marriage.
Franco will spar with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and console Ava Jerome (Maura West) in the week ahead. Nikolas seemed ready to divorce Ava when GH left off before the shutdown.
If Nikolas walks away from the Cassadine fortune for Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicolas Bectel) sake, the thought of losing Nik may hit Ava harder than she expected.
Ava’s portrait unveiling is still coming up, so that should be the event that brings Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to Wyndemere. Will Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) be there with her new husband, Julian Jerome (William deVry)?
If so, that could bring the potential for more Nelle and Nina clashing as well as a possible necklace sighting.
Then again, GH might hold off on that half-heart pendant coming to light since the Nurses Ball is still happening. It’ll be interesting to see how that’s handled later this month, but there’ll be more Cyrus mayhem in the meantime.
Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will deal with some suspicions and curiosity when it comes to Port Charles’ newest villain.
While Cyrus makes more waves, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will have a request for Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Anna will want Finn to make things right with his past somehow, so that could involve his father or someone else.
Regardless, some shockers are coming up – ones that could put Anna and Finn’s wedding in jeopardy!
