General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of July 27-31 tease that some important encores are on the way. If your memory’s fuzzy on exactly what happened before the ABC soap aired its last new episode, you’ll want to tune in. That’s because NEW episodes are finally set to start up again on August 3!
If you need help remembering where things left off, GH is offering the perfect opportunity to revisit all the action. General Hospital is replaying episodes that originally aired on May 14 as well as the ones from May 18-21. That May 21 episode is particularly crucial since it was the last new show GH aired.

Monday’s General Hospital encore brings Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) gratitude. She thanks Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) for his sacrifice and knows things have been rough for him.
As for Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), she’s a weepy mess and needs to get her act together. A production assistant offers Sasha a drug vial, so she takes it and is energized for the Face of Deception photoshoot.
Across town, Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) delivers a wedding dress surprise in court. Nelle bursts in wearing a bridal gown at the last second with a big announcement to make. This newly-married character flashes her bling.
On Tuesday, Nelle introduces her new husband, Julian Jerome (William deVry), to the judge and the courtroom. Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) isn’t pleased by Nelle’s strategy or the fact that he was left out of the loop, but he’s forced to roll with it.
Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is shocked when Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” (Ashton Arbab) reveals that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) has more than friendly feelings for her. As for Ava Jerome (Maura West) she has an unsettling run-in with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and refuses to sell him her penthouse.
Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he offers a fierce warning during Wednesday’s action. He makes it crystal clear that Julian needs to annul his marriage to Nelle, but Julian isn’t willing to do so. Nelle also explains her new marriage to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and gets confirmation that Nina will testify in court.
On Thursday, Sonny battles regrets over not asking Mike Corbin (Max Gail) about his wishes sooner. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) hates that Sonny now has to decide, but he does his best to provide valuable guidance. Back with Nelle, she gets some last-minute advice from Martin, who wants to make sure Nelle’s testimony seems sincere.
Nelle clutches her half-heart pendant in the courtroom, where Carly, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) all take the stand. Martin tries to highlight the fact that Willow was fired for disregarding the wishes of her students’ parents.
He wonders what’s to stop Willow from ignoring the wishes of Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Erik and Theo Olson) mother or even father.
Friday’s episode brings Nina’s big decision. Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) worries that if Nina pushes for Nelle’s second chance and is wrong about what she’s capable of, she’ll blame herself when Wiley pays the price.
Sasha accepts another drug vial while Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) becomes rattled over a shocking realization. Maxie clearly suspects she may be pregnant!
In the courtroom again, Nelle gives an impressive performance and Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) rips Julian to shreds. Later, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) attacks Julian over this marriage move. Julian gets slapped and learns he’s dead to Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) along with Sam.
Finally, Nina makes her way in the courtroom, which perplexes Carly. When Carly asks Jax “what the hell” Nina’s doing, he replies that he has no idea. As Nelle grins nearby, Nina swears to tell the whole truth and looks uneasy about what’s ahead.
