General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of May 25-29 tease that the show’s kicking off a new theme following the end of original episodes. Due to the COVID-19 aka coronavirus crisis, GH was forced to halt production back in March. Until the cast and crew can get back to work, General Hospital will have to deliver some encore presentations to fill the usual airtime.
Thankfully, GH has found a fun way to do that. Starting Monday, May 25, it’ll be one big Nurses Ball extravaganza! General Hospital fans will be treated to some fantastic repeat viewings of this exciting and glamorous event. You’ll be able to see some memorable performances and relive some special moments, so these Nurses Ball repeats will be worth tuning in for.
This Nurses Ball theme will run through Friday, June 12, so that means the show will be able to revisit many different years of drama. To start things off during the week of May 25-29, GH is taking us back to 2014. We’ll refresh your memory so you’ll know what to expect on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Liesl Obrecht’s rousing rendition of “Willkommen” from Cabaret is something viewers will want to check out again. You can also witness Magic Milo & The Magic Wands doing their famous striptease.
Things definitely get steamy at this blast-from-the-past Nurses Ball event! Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliott) impromptu wedding is one more reason to do a rewatch.
Thursday and Friday bring the following year’s festivities. General Hospital’s 2015 Nurses Ball includes Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) marriage proposal to Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes), so “Brucas” fans will want to stay tuned for that.
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) also exposes Hayden Barnes’ (Rebecca Budig) connection to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) during all this 2015 Nurses Ball mayhem. To cap things off on Friday, Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) calls for a hit on Jordan Ashford (then played by Vinessa Antoine).
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) pushes Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher at the time) to keep the truth about Jason Morgan (then played by Billy Miller) under wraps.
Of course, there’ll be loads of other musical numbers and shockers to watch once more. No Nurses Ball is complete without great music and stunning moments!
