General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that we’re in for an exciting week on the ABC soap. The new preview promo for the week of November 16 is out, and it foreshadows some big developments this week.
First, the promo recaps a bit of what viewers saw last week, including Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) walking in on Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) in a state of undress at the Q mansion.
As GH viewers know, Michael and Willow just spend the afternoon together making love, and that’s going to be pretty apparent to Chase as he burst in the room, ready to tell Willow that he never actually had an affair with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
It looks like Chase will leave upset, trailed by Michael down to the foyer, who will want to know what Chase was thinking coming over there.
Next, the new GH preview shows Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) looking surprised and concerned over something. We’ll see what that ends up being, but other GH spoilers indicate that Britt will learn that she’s in over her head this week, so she might learn more about Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) sinister ways.
Speaking of Cyrus, there’s a terrible scene unfolding at his place, where Sasha has just collapsed from an apparent drug overdose. This happened after Cyrus gave her some drugs that Sasha later gushed over, saying that she felt terrific.
It appears that Cyrus will task Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) with getting Sasha out of there, as Cyrus won’t want to be associated with a drug overdose and answer to the PCPD.
“This girl could die!” Brando yells at Cyrus, while Cyrus insists that Brando get rid of her. Sasha needs medical assistance badly, so we’ll see what Brando ends up doing. Sasha could get dumped at GH, and Brando could risk his cover to save Sasha. We’ll see how this plays out.
Next, the promo shows brief still shots of Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), Dev Corbin aka Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab), Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), indicating that they’ll be in on the action this week.
Of course, Jax will probably quickly learn from Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) about Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) half-heart pendant, while Dev continues to go down his dark path as he fumes about being rejected by Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
And Ava and Sonny may continue their delicate dance around what Julian Jerome (William deVry) has done. Speaking of Julian and what he’s done, things are going to get hairy for him as Cyrus comes calling in his favor.
As GH viewers will remember, Cyrus did Julian a big fave when he stopped Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) from spilling the beans to Sonny about Julian’s role in keeping Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) from Michael.
Well, in the new GH promo, it seems that Cyrus has settled on how he wants Julian to repay him for the attack on Ryan – to kill Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). “You’re asking me to kill Jason Morgan,” Julian says to Cyrus.
Cyrus then makes an explosion sound and gesture – perhaps Cyrus thinks that it would be appropriate for Jason to die in an explosion since Jason previously blew up Cyrus’ warehouse.
This sheds a little more light on the big explosion that GH spoilers say will rock Port Charles. It looks like Julian may have a hand in it, and that Jason will be the target! This is a big development, and it seems to foreshadow Julian’s exit from the show, which is forthcoming.
