General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that viewers are in for a spooky Halloween week on the ABC soap. The weekly preview begins with a humorous scene in which Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) chastises Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) for taking the last chocolate bar, which is apparently a major faux pas around the hospital.
Look for some humorous scenes, with Epiphany likely explaining that the candy is for the kids!
Next, we see Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) donning a witch hat, so it looks like she’ll be in costume somewhere. As GH viewers know, Anna is currently worried about Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) trying to murder her, so it’s bound to be a scary time for her.
Nevertheless, she and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will surely do their best to give Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) a great Halloween.
The promo moves to a scene curiously involving Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), as Jackie happily opens a door to find Valentin standing there.
“Trick or treat,” Valentin says, so it looks like these two characters will meet – or will they already know each other? Perhaps Jackie was expecting her husband Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) to show up at that door, since he’ll be appearing on the General Hospital scene soon.
Moving on, the weekly preview shows Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), apparently in some dark warehouse, which could be Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) place for stashing his product.
GH viewers will remember that Jason previously blew up one of Cyrus’ warehouses, so he could be there to cause more havoc, or perhaps just to check things out.
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) makes an appearance in the promo as well, with her hubby Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) asking what she’s got behind her back.
The weekly preview then flashes to Ava’s hand holding a knife, so Ava could be in self-preservation mode again. GH viewers will remember that Ava previously stabbed Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), so she’s dangerous with a knife!
Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) is also shown in a brief scene having some fun in front of a Darth Vader costume, and then things move quickly to Peter August (Wes Ramsey) getting some sort of shocking phone call.
Knowing Peter, that phone call could be about a variety of things – for example, Peter could be finding out that Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna) is onto him, or he could even be getting a mysterious call from Alex.
Whatever the nature of the call, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will see Peter react to what he’s heard. “You look like you’ve seen a ghost,” Spinelli muses.
Of course, Spinelli is still very much into bringing Peter down, despite having made a very public amends to him and Maxie.
