General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of September 28-October 2 tease that some bombshells are ahead in Port Charles. For starters, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will get on Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) bad side. It’ll lead to Ned punching Valentin in the face, so there’ll definitely be some exploding tension!
However, Ned will enjoy some quieter moments as he takes a walk down memory lane with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Alexis will reflect on her past with Ned, and they’ll both enjoy thinking back on old times.
Does General Hospital plan to reunite these former flames? Time will tell, but Alexis is lonely and vulnerable right now. The same goes for Ned, who’s having major trouble in his marriage.
Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) may grow concerned about Ned reconnecting with Alexis if this keeps up. Over with Julian Jerome (William deVry), he’ll get an offer he has to mull over carefully. It’ll be interesting to see if that offer comes from Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) or someone else.
Meanwhile, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will battle concerns. GH spoilers say Portia will speak her mind, so this might involve advice for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla). It may become apparent to Portia that there’s the potential for some teen love drama.
Portia might worry about Trina damaging her friendship with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) over a romance that may not last with Cameron Webber (William Lipton). Sometimes it’s better to just let things play out, but Portia may at least want Trina to proceed with caution.
However, it does look like Cameron may end up taking Trina to homecoming instead of going as a group like Joss pushed for. Cam may at least pair off with Trina before the night’s over!
Until then, General Hospital spoilers say Josslyn will prepare for homecoming night. She’ll spend the evening getting all dolled up, but she may be down in the dumps over Cam’s interest in Trina.
This would be a great time for Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) to offer a gift to cheer Josslyn up and leave her looking her best for the dance. Could Avery give or loan Joss that half-heart pendant necklace?
We’ll have to wait and see, but we should note that Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will make homecoming photos. It’s not unusual for a dad to want some homecoming pics, but the fact that this is included in General Hospital spoilers could mean it’s significant.
If Joss winds up wearing the half-heart pendant necklace in the photos, it could give Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) quite a shock when Jax shows them off! In the meantime, Nina and Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) friendship will strengthen.
They might even bond over complicated feelings regarding Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) death.
Since Nina doesn’t know Nelle’s her bio daughter yet and Carly’s part of the cliff cover-up with Jax, this is all kinds of messy! Elsewhere, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will corner Julian and spark some tense moments.
As for Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), he’ll try to deny what he’s feeling for Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) – perhaps to himself or even Ava.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will receive some Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) updates – and they probably won’t be positive ones. Sonny may have to make some difficult choices about how to deal with Cyrus in the coming episodes.
We should note that GH will be preempted for Major League Baseball on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week. General Hospital won’t air new episodes due to MLB coverage, but there’ll be some encores from February 2015 in some markets.
One more preemption is possible on Friday, but that’s still up in the air right now.
