General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that a major milestone may be looming for a popular couple. GH fans know Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) got rid of one romantic hurdle thanks to the deal Sam made with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
That caused some issues since it led to Valentin getting control of ELQ, but at least Sam got Delores off her back!
That’s one problem down since Sam now has an easygoing parole officer who doesn’t mind if she spends time with Jason. The next problem to tackle is Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Although Cyrus has an agreement with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Cyrus has already been testing boundaries. Jason’s going to be fixated on this mob mess as long as Cyrus remains a threat.
Things may get worse before they get better, but Jason can’t put his life with Sam on hold entirely. It looks like October will set up more drama, which will heat up during November sweeps. However, that could leave the door open for the story to settle down a bit around Christmastime.
There should be some fun surprises just around the corner for the holidays, so what about an engagement shocker for Jason and Sam? Would you like to see Jason propose and get engaged to Sam by Christmas?
That’d be a fantastic present for many “JaSam” fans who want to see them take the next step.
Sam and Jason’s wedding may have to wait until this Cyrus war is officially over, but it wouldn’t hurt to have them get engaged in the meantime. GH viewers are always eager to see a little more love in the afternoon, so maybe Jason and Sam could bring some by moving toward remarriage.
Sam and Jason are hopefully in this for the long haul, so General Hospital spoilers suggest this would be a great chance to show they’re headed in the direction of a big commitment.
