Amy and Lisa start organizing and talk about her deadlines for moving out of the house. She doesn’t have a firm plan and nor does Matt. She needs to move on. She will miss the farm but things have changed.
Zach and Tori spend time as a family in the yard. They are trying their best to potty train their son. Their daughter also had RSV so things have been stressful.
One Week Later…..
Amy and Matt meet up. They are checking in with one another about the house. He thinks she is not letting go well while she says she is trying to make sure she gets what she needs out of the house. He thinks this is all emotional for her. She is not planning on coming back after she leaves for good, she tells him. They start to argue before she leaves.
Matt’s family visit with him and Caryn. His parents joke about when they plan to marry and why he is building a new house. Zach and Tori arrive so that Matt’s parents can meet Lilah for the first time. They sit and relax, talking about the coronavirus. They are nervous but do not know a lot. Later, they all head out to play.
The family begins filming themselves after the crew leaves due to COVID. Matt talks about how everything is shut down. Caryn starts making masks. She plans to have Matt stay at home to stay safe.
For Amy and Chris, the news is really showing them just how serious this all is. Amy is annoyed because she didn’t get all of her things out from the farm. She also misses all of the space on the farm.
Amy is still trying to adjust to her smaller house, land, and night sky but she is making the best of it all, especially since COVID has hit.
Zach and Tori have been spending more time on the farm and with their kids since daycare and schools are closed. They have also been working on potty training with Jackson while starting solid foods with Lilah.
Matt and Caryn are in Arizona. They are not driving one another crazy yet. Meanwhile, Amy is able to get her things off of the farm. She and Chris have also been spending a lot of time together. Amy finally changes out the rug in the living room. Chris jokes that he has to nudge her to get things done a lot.
Zach and Tori celebrate his birthday. The kids cry Jackson tries to blow out the birthday candles. Both are having a trying time with the kids during the pandemic.
Matt leaves Arizona where he was quarantined to go back home for Jackson’s upcoming party. He heads to be tested for COVID. Zach and Tori try to make things except for Jackson since he can’t see his friends. They measure his height. He has grown.
The family finally gets to see one another at a family party. They keep it stress-free with cake and pizza. Tori and Zach are very hard about how it all turned out.
