Sierra and Karlie both crossed a line. Sierra put her hands in Karlie Redd’s face. She was being disrespectful and so Karlie responded. She responded by grabbing onto Sierra. The two women later had to be pulled apart and so what happened to their friendship? It seems they both forgot all about it. They were so focused on being angry with each other that they stopped considering each other as friends and were now enemies. Sierra and Karlie’s fight ruined the party Sierra was holding. People ended up leaving the event and both women walked away with different reactions. Karlie, for example, thought she was set up.
Karlie later talked to Rasheeda about it. She told Rasheeda that a bunch of Sierra’s people joined in once they started throwing hands and so she feels like she was set up. Like Sierra personally went after her with her friends. Sierra, however, was talking to Bambi. She told Bambi that she didn’t know that Trina had joined in at first and that she might even fire the young woman because she didn’t like the idea of anyone putting their hands on her friends. Karlie and Sierra came off of their off fight believing two very different things. Their friendship might be over because of it and so it doesn’t look like anyone was winning.
LightSkinKeisha meanwhile was hanging with her boo Coca. They did several videos together for social media and a lot of people like to hate on them because of it. Coca has been reading some of the comments. He’s hearing how people think LightSkinKeisha was born with a silver spoon and the couple knows differently. LightSkinKeisha knows adversity. She was couch surfing for a while because she was homeless. Things had gotten so bad that she lives in her car and so Coca thought she tell people about all that she’s overcome. Only LKS doesn’t like thinking about that dark chapter in her life.
Then there was a surprise party. Momma Dee was throwing her son a surprise birthday party because he was turning thirty-six and she wanted to celebrate it in a big way. She also invited everyone. She invited both Rasheeda and Kirk as well as Shirleen. Shirleen and Momma Dee were friends. She thought Shirleen should have her hustle. She didn’t understand why Kirk and Rasheeda were putting a stop it and the couple was only doing so because they had to protect their business. They couldn’t have Shirleen selling clothes out of their store. It would directly affect their own sales and so they tried getting Shirleen to see sense.
There was just one problem with that. Shirleen didn’t like being told she was in the wrong and if anything that just made her more stubborn. Shirleen refused to see she couldn’t have her business and work at Pressed. Rasheeda and Kirk tried to talk to her. They later had to give up because they couldn’t get through to her and so Scrappy’s birthday was full of drama. It was great when he came in because this was his first surprise party, but then people began noticing that his mom was drinking from a glass often and so they felt they ought to warn Scrappy. And so Scrappy questioned what his mother was drinking.
She snapped at him. She said it was cola. Momma Dee also was angry about the lack of trust. She told Scrappy to back off and he did. Things were cool for a while and then Scrappy’s mother-in-law came. Cee Cee and Momma Dee do not get on. Momma Dee gave the other woman her back for the rest of the party and so she didn’t mind being petty. She just hated the other woman that much. Momma Dee confronted her which was good and so the rest of the party went smoothly. The next day also came with good news. Sierra heard from her lawyer and the lawyer found evidence that the baby mama was the aggressor in their fight.
This cleated Sierra. The case against her will most likely fall apart and so she doesn’t really need Karlie to testify in her defense anymore. Sierra talked to Rasheeda. She heard that Karlie was thinking about pressing charges over the fight and she doesn’t know what Karlie is going to do next. Karlie doesn’t even know what she’s going to do next. They were in a weird place with each other and their mutual friends were hoping they will work it out. And speaking of a weird place, Bambi revealed to everyone at Scrappy’ party what’s her problem with LightSkinKeisha is. She said LSK did her friend Amy dirty.
LSK slept with Amy’s man Coca behind Amy’s back. Bambi told everyone at the party this and so someone asked LSK and Coca. Coca was with Amy. He said it was a short relationship. He also added it was over when he got together with LightSkinKeisha. This was enough for Shekinah. She wanted to be able to hang out with both LSK and Bambi and so she invited both couples LSK/Coca and Scrappy/Bambi to Yung Joc’s new club. She wanted them to clear the air. She thought once they got to talking that things would be good between them and instead Bambi and LSK went off on each other.
Bambi called LightSkinKeisha a hood squirrel. LSK told her to go fix her gums. The two women got into a verbal argument and Yung Joc was just pissed it was happening at his club. He thought Shekinah should hold this get-together somewhere else. Like maybe her own house and not his new club. Yung Joc’s club was not damaged because of this side-project and its clear that neither Bambi or LSK were thinking about becoming friends.
But one friend might still survive. Both Karlie and Sierra went to church and they talked afterward. Sierra apologized for what she did. She wanted the chance to regain Karlie’s trust and she asked Karlie how to do it except Karlie couldn’t give her an answer. The fight showed her something. It showed her their friendship was never real and so Karlie doesn’t want to be “friends” again. She doesn’t trust Sierra. She might never trust her again.
Mimi also had the chance to talk to Stevie. He sent her some messages that were inappropriate and so she checked in with him because she wanted to know if everything was okay with Faith. He said everything was fine. He also said he contacted Mimi as a friend. He completely denied going back to his untrustworthy ways and so Mimi let it go this time. She needed to talk to him anyway. She needed to tell someone that she wasn’t sure if she wanted to get married. She was burned pretty badly in the past and she isn’t sure if she could give Ty that level of trust. And so surprisingly Stevie was a great friend in Mimi’s hour of need.
THE END!
