It’s the seventh week of the experiment. As couples were bonding over who stayed after the last commitment ceremony, they couldn’t help mentioning who left. They couldn’t help mentioning Aleks and Ivan. Ivan and Aleks chose to leave the experiment in a cowardly way and people are still angry about it. They’ve all opened up to the group. They’ve each received their own fair share of criticism and so no one can approve of Aleks and Ivan fleeing before they could get to the couch. It was very cowardly done. It also left the rest of the group with questions and now those questions will never be answered.

Thankfully, it wasn’t all gossip. The group still had one thing to look forward to. They have the bride homestays. This was where husbands were introduced to their wives’ homes and families. This was also the point where husbands get to picture themselves in their wives’ everyday lives. It was important that the couples opened up to each other during this time and sure there were nerves. Lizzie was nervous because she’s never gotten to the stage of the experiment before when she was last on the show. She was, therefore, taking a huge risk with Seb, and, luckily for her, Seb was various. They have the same awkward humor.

Seb also loved her dog. Seb and Lizzie have begun to have sex and they’ve accomplished intimacy in other sectors. Intimacy wasn’t just about sex. It was about being honest with each other and feeling both supported and secure in their feelings for each other and they have that. They weren’t like Mishel and Steve. This other couple hasn’t slept together yet as they don’t share a bed. They were more like friends and so Mishel wanted to change things on this homestay. She wanted Steve to share her bed. She cleared it with her children who she lives with and they were fine with it. It was just Steve that didn’t want to sleep next to Mishel.

Steve didn’t even want to think about it. He pushed Mishel away and she was the one left with egg on her face. Steve implied she was using her homestay to manipulate things. Like she’s so evil for wanting to share a bed with her husband. Mishel merely asked that they sleep next together. She didn’t say they had to have sex and so Steve was being a jerk here. He didn’t need to make her feel bad for asking him to share a bed. Mishel didn’t deserve that and they’ve come too far in their relationship for Steve not to know her. Mishel was dealing with miscommunication as KC and Drew were fighting over the same thing.

All their fights, really, come back down to morals. Drew refuses to accept that he and KC might have the same morals because he’s written her off as an Instagram girl. He thought KC was vain and that she wanted to be kept, woman. Drew liked sitting in judgment of KC. He reminds her all the time that she isn’t typing and he basically thinks he’s a better person than her. KC was hoping to change his mind with this homestay. She wanted Drew to see her lifestyle and to hear from people that do know her that she wasn’t a vain type. She wasn’t expecting him to take care of her. She just told him that she wanted gifts every now and then as a surprise and he took that and he ran with it.

Drew didn’t even wait to meet her family before he was judging his wife again. They got into a huge fight while they were having lunch and they fight ended with Drew promising to be at his best when he met her family again. Drew and KC later cooked lunch and he had made a mistake with the pasta. So, KC sent him back outside to buy more ingredients so that he could cook the meal again. Drew left the house and he got more ingredients. He was coming back with it when KC used his absence to tell her family what’s been going on. She mentioned their fights and Drew’s misconceptions. She was telling them everything that happened. She didn’t leave anything out and so her family was growing angry with Drew before they had even met him.

Drew came back to KC’s house to a hostile environment. Her family was disappointed with the way Drew has acted in the past and her mother was especially hurt because she could see that her daughter was hurt. KC’s mother had also begun expecting the worst from Drew. She said that Drew could have a girlfriend in the background and she set herself on asking him about it. The mom asked him over dinner if there was a Charles and Diana situation going on. She asked Drew if there was secretly a Camilla. He was denying that there was while elsewhere Seb and Lizzie were getting tattoos.

They got tattoos in honor of them being together. Seb got his tattoos on his toes and he showed Lizzie that he willing to commit to her. They had gotten the tattoos after a huge fight and the fact they both went ahead with tattooing their bodies afterward was a sure sign of them being on the right page again. They were much better off than Connie and Jonethen. Jonethen had written Leave at the last ceremony. He wrote it because he said he didn’t see a future with Connie at the time and then he said he was glad that she wrote Stay because he said he still wanted to go on her homestay. Jonethen was giving her mixed signals.

The rest of the group called him out for what he was doing to Connie. Connie was never sure of where she stood with Jonethen and its because he’s messing with her. He twists things to his own advantage. Jonethen did this when he gives her hope the whole week and then goes on to write Leave anyways. He had Connie so much on edge that she was afraid to tell him what she truly felt. He asked her if she thought he was messing with her and she couldn’t give him a clear answer because the truth he is he was stringing her along. He knew it and so did she. Connie didn’t push him, but she was lucky in her friends and they pushed Jonethen.

Jonethen couldn’t stay at Connie’s home because she lives with her parents. The same parents that thought this experiment was a phase and who didn’t want Jonethen in their lives. Connie’s parents refused to let Jonethen stay at their home. The couple had to stay somewhere else and the closest they got in a homestay was when they met up with Connie’s friends. Her friends asked Jonethen why he wrote Leave. They grilled him about why he felt like that and why he hadn’t told Connie before then. They were asking all the questions that Connie should have been asking. Except Connie didn’t have the courage to do it. She left it to her friends and her friends called Jonethen out on his behavior.

THE END!
