The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will have to make a firm decision about their future – one way or the other! Bill messed up by surrendering to temptation and sharing a kiss with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Unfortunately, Bill messed up once again when he let Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) talk him into declaring love for Brooke later. When you combine all that with the many mistakes and betrayals of the past, it’s easy to see why Katie has serious reservations when it comes to Bill.
Katie also has to think about their family with Will Spencer (Finnegan George). How many times are they going to make the poor kid watch them break up and make up? Of course, Katie will have to consider her own happiness as well. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Katie will need to figure if she’s willing to risk her heart once more.
In an interview with SOD, B&B Head Writer and Executive Producer Bradley Bell offered some intriguing info about what’s next for Bill and Katie. “In the early part of 2021, they’re going to be confronted with something that’ll take over their lives and either they will rise to the occasion and make this marriage work or go in separate directions – but something definitive is happening for them soon,” Bell said.
Bill and Katie aren’t actually married, so that was a little gaffe on Bell’s part. Of course, it could also be a hint that “Batie” is indeed on the road to marriage eventually!
Regardless, we want to focus on this teaser about something taking over their lives. What would take over Bill and Katie’s lives that they’d have to confront?
Please, PLEASE no more health-related drama for Katie! We’re begging. It’s been done far too often, so we’re hoping B&B might take a different route this time. It’s possible Katie and Bill might come together over a medical crisis for Will, but that might be a little tricky to pull off since the show still isn’t using kids on set.
However, a medical crisis of some sort does make sense considering the clues here. If it’s not Katie and it’s not Will, could it be Bill who becomes ill or perhaps has an accident?
It’d be a good idea for Katie to almost lose Bill and remember just how much he means to her. Katie could even help Bill recover from injuries or something along those lines.
