The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will likely realize she’s pregnant before long. B&B made it clear that Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) are sleeping together – and now Steffy has slept with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) as well.
That means Steffy will need a paternity test if she learns a bun’s in the oven, but will the pregnancy bomb drop on Finn first? Let’s say Steffy faints or experiences some morning sickness symptoms.
Finn is a doctor and should suspect what’s up. He might even be the one to suggest that Steffy could be pregnant, so he may urge Steffy to see her doctor for a proper test.
Of course, Steffy could take one on her own at home, but we know Dr. Campbell (Tina Huang) is returning to The Bold and the Beautiful. Steffy may choose to visit her doc so she can know for sure.
If Finn realizes what’s happening early on, he’ll be anxiously awaiting news. It’s easy to imagine Finn being quite sweet and supportive on this.
Maybe Finn will assure Steffy that if she’s indeed pregnant, he’s all in on raising a baby with her. Finn could stir up some major guilt by assuming this is his child and even getting a bit excited about it. Only Steffy will know Liam could be a “baby daddy” option.
By the time Steffy potentially gets confirmation on her pregnancy, she’ll have to tell Finn – at least about the pregnancy part. If Finn figures out that Steffy may be carrying his baby, he’ll obviously be curious about the outcome of her appointment with Dr. Campbell.
Steffy might be forced to admit she’s indeed pregnant, which would probably leave Finn over the moon. At that point, Finn might completely embrace this fatherhood idea and express joy over starting a family with Steffy.
Finn could easily get excited about giving Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) a little brother or sister. This could feel right to Finn – like a sign that the “Sinn” family is meant to be. Can you imagine how horrible Steffy will feel if Finn’s gushing over the baby he assumes is his own?
Although that baby could certainly be Finn’s, it could also be Liam’s – at least if B&B takes the surprise pregnancy route. Steffy may fear the worst if Finn gets too excited before she can nail down who the father is. We’ll bring you updates as other info comes in.
