The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will do his best to back off Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and let her make her own decisions.
It’s not Liam’s place to stand in the way of Steffy moving on. Steffy deserves the chance to see where things go with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), so Liam will try to give Steffy that thanks to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
Hope has made it clear that Liam needs to concentrate on his own marriage and the family they’ve built together. Although Liam’s going to give that his best shot in the months ahead, he may find it difficult. B&B fans know Finn and Steffy’s romance is moving at a rapid pace, so that could cause more concerns for Liam.
Once Steffy declares love for Finn and gets a love declaration from him as well, Liam may eventually get updates. We could see a situation where Liam’s unsettled but chooses to keep his mouth shut anyway – at least when it comes to Steffy.
Liam might complain to someone like Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), but he could attempt to stick to his plan and let Steffy move forward with Finn.
Of course, there’s the potential for B&B to write in Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s pregnancy for Steffy, which would really drive Liam up the wall. However, we want to focus on a step that’s probably going to happen pretty quickly regardless.
Since Steffy and Finn’s romance is already moving so fast, a speedy proposal is to be expected.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say a fast “Sinn” engagement seems likely under the circumstances, so Liam’s sure to hate this with a passion. Liam may feel like Finn has no business proposing to Steffy when he barely knows her.
Baby or no baby, Liam would certainly find reasons to object to Finn popping the question and planning to make Steffy his wife.
It’s one thing for Liam to try letting Steffy move on slowly. It’s quite another for Liam to sit back and watch Steffy get a new husband within a few months! That may not be something Liam’s ready for, so the possibility for more trouble is real here.
