The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that the CBS soap is back in production, but safety will obviously be important as they film new episodes. Fortunately, some of B&B’s latest storylines make that a bit easier. Several pairings are in rocky territory, so it’s not like they’d be kissing right now anyway.
However, fans are perhaps most curious about Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) fate since it was the big B&B cliffhanger. Wyatt returned home as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) were trying to drag unconscious Flo out of the house.
The Bold and the Beautiful showed us a shocked Wyatt, but what did he really see?
There’s a good chance Wyatt merely saw a messy room following all the drama. Due to that blow to the head, B&B has seemingly delivered two options for Flo: amnesia or captivity.
There’s no word yet on which one The Bold and the Beautiful will go with, but there’s no denying that captivity would be helpful under the circumstances.
The fewer people in a scene together, the better. Distance between cast members is also a must. If we mostly see Flo alone in the aftermath of all this, that’d work out perfectly.
It’s easy to imagine Flo waking up trapped in a room by herself. Bowden could easily deliver some monologues about Flo’s situation while she’s being held hostage.
Of course, Sally and Penny might take turns bringing Flo food and water. Someone would have to check on their captive, so Flo could perhaps talk to each of them on the other side of a door. This would be a simple way to write distance into the show without it being very noticeable. It’d be a natural part of the storyline.
There’s no guarantee B&B will take the captivity route, but it’d keep Flo out of the picture for a while – and that might be a good thing. It’d prolong the big reveal of Sally’s scam and could bring Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) home to look for her missing daughter.
