The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester) recently shared an awesome tip on Instagram. Wood is in great shape and enjoys filling fans in on how she stays that way. It turns out a lot of Wood’s workout routines include her little boy, Rise. Wood is all about merging family time with opportunities to live a healthy life.
In a recent Instagram post, Wood reflected on something her dad used to do with her when she was a baby. She took a page out of his workout playbook and does the same thing with Rise. Wood said, “No gym? No Problem!! So, I have a home video of my Dad working out with me as a baby in my Jolly Jumper … now here I am doing working out with my Son in HIS Jolly Jumper.”
It’s sweet that Wood can keep the tradition going strong. Rise certainly seemed to be having a blast in the video, which Wood pointed out. “Now I get it Dad!” the B&B actress insisted. “What a great arm workout!! Plus he loves it!!” Wood always shares these adorable mother-son bonding moments, so we’ll be sure to give you updates on any fun news she posts.
In the comments, a couple of other soap stars were blown away by this particular tip. Lawrence Saint-Victor said, “Now I see what you were taking about!!! Dope!! I need to steal that routine.” He added some flexing muscle emojis to let Wood know she was killing the workout game for sure.
Kelly Kruger (ex-Mackenzie “Mac” Browning on The Young and the Restless) is the wife of Darin Brooks, who plays Wyatt Spencer on The Bold and the Beautiful. They’re proud parents to little Everleigh, so Kruger chimed in and admitted she was going to steal this advice. Busy moms typically want all the workout tips they can get!
“I’m totally doing this w Everleigh!” Kruger said. It sounds like Wood’s workout posts are a real hit, so she’ll undoubtedly keep doing more of them. As for what’s ahead on the CBS soap, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will continue to bond with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). They seem to be inching toward an inevitable full-blown reunion, so stay tuned to B&B.
