The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will ultimately concentrate on the future. It looks like Liam will finally accept that Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) right as he tries to keep moving forward.
Liam admitted he’d carry the memory of being with Steffy in his back pocket for a while, but he’ll still have to put that steamy night behind him.
During the week of December 21-25, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will promise to be the husband Hope needs. He’ll want to be a man who’s worthy of Hope’s love, which means no more betrayals behind Hope’s back!
Of course, this sounds a bit like a recommitment. Liam’s making a new vow to Hope, so he might end up wanting to take things a step further – perhaps in a more public setting.
Could Liam and Hope decide to renew their vows? There are a couple of ways B&B writers could take that story if that’s the one they want to tell. Liam might be so guilt-ridden that he thinks renewing his vows will help him start over. He could feel like it’d be a clean slate and the chance to truly stay faithful to Hope.
On the other hand, it might be Hope who suggests it. After all, Hope and Liam’s last wedding wasn’t really much of one. Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) “married” the happy couple in bride and groom T-shirts while Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) looked on.
Liam and Hope simply made it official at the courthouse later.
It’s easy to imagine Liam being extremely affectionate with Hope and saying all the right things. Liam’s guilt will be driving this push to be the best possible husband, but Hope may think this is about being more in love than ever.
Hope might want to renew their vows in front of the people they care about and give Liam a chance to share all these promises publicly.
Liam might wind up feeling uncomfortable if he’s pressured into it. His guilt may steadily rise and could potentially lead to a confession at the altar. Then again, there’s always the possibility that someone else will find out and expose the truth at this big event.
You can bet a “Lope” vow renewal would set the stage for trouble!
