Sally’s been trying to make Wyatt love her again through this terminal illness scam, but it’s not working so far. To make matters worse, Flo’s on the verge of discovering evidence that exposes Sally’s deception.
How’s Sally going to handle Flo and keep her shot at reuniting with Wyatt intact? It looks like Sally may have to do something dangerous with Dr. Penny Escobar’s (Monica Ruiz) help!
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Penny will wind up in over her head as this truly becomes a life-or-death situation. We also know Sally will ultimately make a stunning revelation during a confrontation with Flo. From there, Sally will turn the tables and make Penny an unwilling accomplice.
So let’s put all that together and try to figure out where this B&B storyline’s headed. It sounds like Sally will eventually come clean about her scam – hence the stunning revelation once she’s cornered. Sally can’t just let Flo walk right out the door to tell Wyatt, so how’s she going to stop her? A blow to the head seems like a logical choice.
That lines up with Sally turning the tables and sets up a situation where Penny will have to cooperate. As Sally’s crimes escalate, Penny will be more invested in keeping things quiet.
Let’s say Penny’s there for the attack and soon sees Flo bleeding on the floor. Penny might fear that Sally’s murdered Flo, which is where that life-or-death drama could come into play.
Of course, Flo would probably just be unconscious, but this would still be serious business. Sally might even threaten to pin this deadly attempt on Penny unless she gets full cooperation. Will Penny and Sally stash Flo somewhere and hold her hostage? It makes sense considering all these clues.
