The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) talk with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will provide perspective. After recently being smacked with the video of Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) kissing, Katie learns that Sally used her as an information carrier pigeon. Anyone would be upset by that realization.
As B&B fans recall, Sally calculated that Katie wouldn’t maintain her vow of secrecy. She was right, as Tom’s character told Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) that Sally was diagnosed with a terminal condition. Of course, as the audience and later, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) came to know, Sally was lying.

Bill recently applied unnecessary stress to her life by having his momentary indiscretion exposed. Katie did not need more weight added to the plate she was carrying.
To be clear, Katie knows that Bill and Brooke weren’t having an affair, or even moving in that direction. But the repeated nature of their mutual betrayal served to reinforce what could be permanent doubt in Katie’s mind.
Now, with Wyatt and Flo rightly informing Katie about how Sally used her, it’s fair to wonder what Tom’s character will do next?

It’s always possible that Sally’s behavior causes Katie to recognize that people can act out of character. Rather than allow Sally’s manipulation to sway her feelings, a different outlook could result.
Sally was desperate and developed a wild ruse in order to make another play for the man she loved. In contrast, Bill wasn’t desperate, he just acted impulsively and is genuinely sorry. Like Sally, Bill also deserves the benefit of the doubt for his misguided actions.
It’s a stretch to think that Katie will think better of Bill after she let’s Sally have it, but it could happen.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is painfully lying in her bed. Bill accidentally struck her motorcycle because he was unable to stop his vehicle in time and may have still been distracted by the state of his life.
Katie could choose to believe that Bill is just a reckless person and always will be. He’s trapped within himself and won’t ever change. That would be a harsh conclusion for her to reach. But the gut-kick from Sally might cause Bill to be impacted by the delayed reaction, meaning that Katie opts to end Batie.
