The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Shauna Fulton Forrester (Denise Richards) may need someone else to fall for. B&B fans can expect Shauna and Quinn Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) scheme to blow up at Shauna and Ridge Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) do-over wedding. Naturally, Ridge is bound to fly off the handle over all the manipulation.
It looks like Shauna will get dumped and divorced, so what’s next for her character? Richards took some time off from The Bold and the Beautiful in August and returned to Spain. That’s where Richards had to resume filming on a show called Glow and Darkness, but she’s now wrapped filming on that project.
Shauna should lick her wounds off screen for a bit – kind of like Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) did after his own wedding disaster. However, Thomas came back and hopefully Shauna will, too. We know Richards decided not to return for another season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which should free up more time in her schedule.
Assuming Shauna gets back in the action down the road, who will she be paired up with? B&B really needs to take a break from the Shauna, Ridge and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) love triangle. Likewise, it seems like most fans are tired of Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) waffling between Brooke and Katie Logan (Heather Tom).
Bill may win Katie back eventually, but there’s no way they’ll settle down and live happily ever after. This is a soap, so there are always going to be other love interests and more drama. Should Shauna take Brooke’s place and become a source of temptation for Bill? Could Shauna and Katie become romantic rivals next?
Bill had a one-night stand with Shauna once upon a time, so Katie used Shauna was part of a secret plan when she was contemplating a “Batie” reunion. Shauna tempted Bill as part of a test, which he ultimately passed.
Of course, there’s no guarantee Bill would be able to fight temptation the next time around! Bill has a fickle heart and really doesn’t use his head sometimes.
Let’s say Bill sticks up for Shauna with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) after Shauna and Quinn’s plot is exposed. Bill knows how easy it is to become a pawn in Quinn’s game, so he may defend Shauna somewhat.
Perhaps Bill will try to help smooth things over in the conflict that’s brewing between Wyatt and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), who’ll side with her mother over Quinn.
It’s easy to imagine Shauna being grateful to Bill in that case. It could spark some feelings and leave Shauna with a new target to pounce on! Katie might have some competition and a threat besides Brooke to worry about sooner or later.
