The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will get what’s coming to her soon enough. Eric Forrester (John McCook) will fly into a rage after he overhears Quinn and Shauna Fulton Forrester’s (Denise Richards) video chat, which will spell out the details of their scheme.
Of course, that means Eric’s going to learn Shauna wanted to do the right thing while ringleader Quinn was firmly against it. That could become a crucial part of the story down the road.
Quinn’s about to go down hard, but there’s a big difference between Shauna and Quinn. The difference is remorse! Shauna has plenty, but Quinn has none whatsoever.
If Shauna can stay on the straight and narrow after this Quinn-driven mistake, it’ll make it much easier for Shauna to earn forgiveness from the people she’s wronged. There’s no word on what the future holds for Shauna, but we’d say there are tons of great story opportunities for her. One of them might involve Eric!
Think about what would really be poetic justice for Quinn – and what would make her angriest of all. What if Shauna ends up falling for Eric after his Quinn split?
It’s easy to imagine Shauna paying Eric a visit and apologizing for her role in the plot. Eric might forgive Shauna and admit he knows how easy it is to get roped into Quinn’s messes.
Since Eric will be so busy blaming Quinn for the downfall of their marriage, he may give Shauna a pass if she shows she’s contrite.
Eric was never a big fan of the idea of Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) being with Shauna, but that’s because he believes Ridge and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) belong together. There’s no reason Eric couldn’t fall for Shauna at some point.
Eric fell for Quinn because he felt a serious spark and thought she was capable of change. Shauna could slide into that role as someone who could spark with Eric and actually change like he wants.
Just imagine how livid Quinn would be. Quinn’s ex-husband getting together with her former bestie? That’d bring some major drama and make Quinn’s head explode!
It’d be a fantastic way for B&B to stick it to Quinn in the aftermath of her divorce from Eric. If Eric forgives Shauna, it might start an unusual friendship to build on. The Bold and the Beautiful is known for complicated romances – and Shauna’s potential romance with Eric would certainly qualify.
