The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Shauna Fulton (Katrina Bowden) may be setting herself up for heartbreak. B&B fans know Shauna was adamant about not being Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) rebound. Shauna doesn’t want to be used to help Ridge get over Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), but Ridge reassured Shauna and truly wants to explore their spark.
That’s exactly what Ridge and Shauna will do during their time in Las Vegas together, but is it a mistake? If Ridge’s history is any indication, he’s just going to end up back with Brooke eventually.
How long can Ridge really stay away from his Logan? “Bridge” is one of those couples that always comes back around, so Shauna may not be able to build a lasting love story with Ridge.
Of course, Ridge can be quite the charmer and will inevitably pull Shauna closer over the next couple weeks. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Shauna’s love for Ridge will become more intense, so she just won’t be able to resist him.
The same goes for Ridge, who’ll truly fall hard. However, we have to wonder if Shauna’s initial worries were warranted.
After all, this is happening awfully fast. Ridge reunited with Brooke and expected it to be forever. They were all set to have a happy new chapter – a final chapter as far as Ridge was concerned. The Bold and the Beautiful has been pushing his destiny idea when it comes to Brooke and Ridge. Can Shauna really compete with fate?
Shauna’s attractive to Ridge for more than one reason right now. There’s clearly a physical attraction along with an emotional connection, but a big part of why Ridge is drawn to Shauna is she’s the opposite of Brooke – at least in a way.
Shauna hasn’t judged Ridge and has been understanding of his choices. There’s also so much baggage with Brooke, but Shauna’s a true clean slate.
All of that’s appealing to Ridge, but it may not be long until Shauna loses her luster. Once Ridge cools off and his heart starts to heal, he may start remembering the love he has for Brooke. By the time Shauna believes Ridge is committed to her alone, he could easily land back in bed with Brooke!
