The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) will try to stick to the plan. It’s obvious Shauna’s nervous about her scheme with Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), but she has to admit she likes the results!
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was blindsided by the marriage news, but now Shauna has him right where she wants him.
This is Shauna’s opportunity to use Ridge’s sense of obligation in her favor. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Ridge will ultimately feel like he should honor his new commitment. Despite Ridge’s previous commitment to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), he’ll feel pulled in Shauna’s direction.
Although Ridge will remain torn for a while, Quinn will want to make sure Ridge stays by Shauna’s side. Embracing some time as newlyweds would be a nice start. Maybe Quinn will convince Shauna to push for a honeymoon.
After all, Ridge grew closer to Shauna during their Vegas trip, which didn’t turn out well for him since he walked right into the marriage setup.
Nevertheless, Ridge and Shauna really did share some warm moments in Sin City – at least before it became a drunken blur for Ridge. Even before that, Ridge felt a connection to Shaun and found her easy to talk to.
However, Ridge is bound to be distracted in Los Angeles where Brooke’s around. An easy solution would be for Shauna and Ridge to go away together.
Ridge might agree that Shauna deserves a honeymoon since most husbands do that with their new wives. As part of Ridge’s plan to honor his commitment, he may go on another trip with Shauna – their first one as a married B&B couple.
Without Brooke nearby to make Ridge feel guilty, perhaps Ridge could surrender to Shauna and consummate their new marriage.
Ridge might return home closer to Shauna than ever before – much to Brooke’s dismay! Regardless, Shauna’s going to need some strategies to make this marriage work. A spectacular, romantic honeymoon would be something Ridge and Shauna could build on.
