The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will get some shocking news when Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) returns to Los Angeles. Shauna will naturally check in with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) following all the Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) chaos, but she’ll want to check in with Ridge, too.
Ridge is currently dealing with a lot thanks to Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) recent accident and injuries. Shauna clearly cares about Ridge, so she’ll want to see how he’s doing once she gets updates.
Of course, there may be another reason for Shauna’s return to town. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Ridge will eventually learn he married Shauna in Vegas!
It looks like Shauna will drop this bomb on Ridge and produce the marriage certificate. Shauna will seem pleased, but this twist is certainly a bit strange. Why did Shauna wait all this time to tell Ridge? Was Shauna just going to leave Ridge in the dark on their marriage forever?
Something doesn’t seem to add up, especially since Shauna was hesitant to put her heart back out there. After Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) made sure Ridge got home following his drunken Vegas debacle, Shauna never mentioned this marriage. She was willing to say goodbye and part ways, so what changed?
Perhaps Shauna’s been busy pining for Ridge since he went back to LA. Has Shauna been pining enough to do some scheming? Since Ridge can’t remember what happened that night, he’ll believe whatever story Shauna sells – especially since she’ll have documentation to back it up.
There’s always the possibility that Shauna’s proof is fake and this so-called marriage is actually a scam.
It wouldn’t be the first time B&B pulled something like that. Just look at what happened in Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) latest storyline! Flo was also a schemer through her role in the baby switch.
Even Steffy fell prey to Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) manipulation and kissed Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) in front of Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) as a result.
The point is B&B writers like storylines with scheming women in them. Could Shauna be the latest woman who resorts to a plot? What if this “marriage” is actually something Shauna cooked up with help from friends in high places?
Shauna’s from Sin City, where all kinds of shady things go down. She’s surely got a pal or two who could make this marriage look legit.
What if Shauna never actually married Ridge and simply makes him believe she did? That’d be the ideal shocker after Ridge genuinely commits and falls hard for his new wife. Shauna’s lie could come back to haunt her down the road – if she’s indeed lying!
