The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will once again beg Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) for a refill. Finn was reluctant to cave in last time, but Steffy will be desperate enough to deliver another plea. After Steffy talks about just how bad the pain is and requests just one more refill, Finn will have to put his foot down.
Finn will know it’s hard, but he’ll insist Steffy has to step down to over-the-counter meds for her own good. These prescription painkillers are highly addictive, so giving Steffy another refill could lead her down a terrible path.
However, Steffy won’t respond well to Finn’s firm “no.” The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will have a bit of an emotional meltdown.
Finn will listen as Steffy unloads about all the loss she’s faced in her lifetime. Steffy will want Finn to understand the depth of what she’s been through and what she’s going through now. Steffy will also talk about her worst fear – and that’s losing Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray).
Steffy will be concerned since Kelly’s been having so much fun with her other family. It’ll feel like Kelly’s sliding right in Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) little unit. As Steffy worries she’ll be forgotten and cast aside, Finn will certainly be sympathetic.
We’ll once again see Finn struggle with that line of protecting his patient and showing compassion for someone he cares about. Of course, Steffy can tell that Finn’s interest in her is more than professional. Most doctors in 2020 don’t go around making house calls all the time!
Finn’s checking on Steffy because he’s interested in her romantically – and Steffy will use that to her advantage. Although Steffy seems interested in Finn as well, it looks like she’ll speed things along for the sake of meds.
B&B spoilers say Steffy’s judgment will be affected by this crisis, so she’ll feel like these pills are the only way to hang onto her daughter.
As a result, Steffy will essentially use Finn – at least at first. Will Steffy plant a kiss in hopes of reeling Finn in and convincing him to refill her prescription? Finn probably isn’t going to budge regardless, but Steffy will want to exhaust every possible option just in case. Desperation is the theme here!
