The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that there could be a silver lining to all the safety protocols and story adjustments that B&B’s facing. The CBS soap is making plenty of changes to ensure the safety of their cast and crew members. That means love stories will fade to the background in many ways, but that could be a good thing for one love triangle that always seems to come back around.
It’s become a familiar tale for Bold and the Beautiful viewers. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) chooses Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) only to drift toward Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) eventually.
Then, it’s back to Hope…back to Steffy…back to Hope… You get the idea! Liam is the ultimate waffler, but the rules that are being implemented could help him kick the habit – at least for a while.
With any luck, Steffy should remain free of Liam and this love triangle that many fans have come to hate. It’s not that Liam and Steffy are a bad couple. On the contrary!
Steffy and Liam actually have great chemistry and are evenly matched as an onscreen duo. The problem is Liam can’t stick with one woman – and Steffy supporters simply feel she deserves better.
Unfortunately, it’s unlikely that Steffy will begin a quest to find new love under these circumstances. When actors are forced to stand so far apart, that’s already a huge hurdle. When you throw in a lack of kissing and bedroom scenes, starting a fresh love story becomes nearly impossible.
However, many B&B viewers will just be happy if Steffy steers clear of Liam romantically – and that’s probably what’ll happen based on the safety protocols.
Steffy can still interact with Liam since they’re coparents and friends, but Steffy’s main stories might come through Forrester Creations and even new Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) family drama.
