The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) may be headed for trouble again, but this time B&B may offer a legitimate reason why.
When Thomas first took such an obsessed, crazy turn regarding Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), many fans held out hope that’d there be some sort of medical explanation. It was just so bizarre for Thomas to be fixated on Hope following his comeback.
Unfortunately, Thomas’ cliff fall seemingly put any notion of a brain tumor to rest. He was thoroughly examined and nothing ever came out in his scans that would explain Thomas’ strange behavior.
However, that doesn’t mean all is well with Thomas. We’ve seen Thomas try to turn things around before only to end up obsessed with Hope once again.
In the coming episodes, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will wind up worried when she looks at Thomas’ latest designs. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say some old concerns will bubble up, so Brooke may fear that Thomas’ obsession is creeping back in.
That certainly seems to be the case based on how Thomas has been acting about this Hope for the Future designer stuff. Thomas has been jealous of Hope’s offer to Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) – not to mention all the bonding Thomas has been doing with Hope lately.
It just feels like all of this could build to Thomas going off the rails once more.
The bright side is maybe there’s an explanation for Thomas’ behavior after all. Perhaps Thomas just needs the right doctor to uncover a medical excuse! There may be some condition that’s hard to pinpoint unless you know really know what you’re doing.
As luck would have it, we’ve got a great doctor on canvas now – one who’d be particularly invested in saving Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) brother.
Of course, we’re talking about Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Could Finn be the doctor to finally give Thomas the proper diagnosis and treatment?
Thomas becoming obsessed with Hope over and over can’t be normal. If The Bold and the Beautiful is going to keep taking this route, the least they can do is explain why. This could lead to Thomas overcoming his medical issues – whether they be psychological or linked to some physical ailment.
We should note that Thomas bumped his head on a recent episode, which has to be the setup for something. Just ask Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)! Liam has hit his head multiple times in the past and it always led to some twist in the storyline.
Maybe Thomas’ nogging bump will tie in with him spiraling out of control again and getting the help he needs from Finn.
Whatever the case, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas may head down a familiar road. Let’s just hope there’s a better resolution waiting at the end of it.
