The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will make a speedy recovery following his surgery and start getting his strength back.
That’s important since Thomas will need it once the truth about Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) one-night stand comes out.
You can bet Thomas will mostly blame Liam for that hookup. Thomas may not give Steffy a total pass, but he’ll surely think Liam was the one who came around hoping to reel her back in. Liam was also the married one and the person who has to accept responsibility for breaking his marriage vows.
As for the cover-up that followed, it’s Liam’s responsibility to confess no matter what Steffy wants him to do. Nobody forced Liam to betray Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and lie to her about it, so Thomas will think it’s time for Liam to own up to his actions.
There’s no confirmation yet on who will first learn the cheating secret or how that news will explode. However, Thomas is bound to learn that bombshell sooner or later.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will be enraged over Liam’s incessant waffling and the pain he continues to inflict on both women involved.
Thomas will inevitably lash out at Liam for messing with Steffy’s emotions and ruining the good thing she’s got doing with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
Perhaps Thomas will argue that Liam just couldn’t stand seeing Steffy happy with someone as kind and devoted as Finn – a better man who treats Steffy right.
Of course, most of Thomas’ outrage will be reserved for Hope’s side of things since he adores her. Thomas would never dream of cheating on Hope if he had her all to himself.
From Thomas’ perspective, it’ll be appalling and infuriating that Liam would sleep with Steffy – especially based on false assumptions.
Liam will probably fire back that none of this would’ve happened if it hadn’t been for Thomas’ obsession with Hope. Thomas’ recent brain crisis doesn’t change the fact that he was fixated on Hope from nearly the moment he returned to Los Angeles.
Liam may blast Thomas and try to turn this around on him, but Thomas will certainly feel like Liam only has himself to blame for his crumbling marriage.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas and Liam’s showdown over the betrayal is sure to get heated. Thomas might even throw a punch at Liam as their confrontation gets worse.
Hope would never condone violence, but she might appreciate the way Thomas stands up for her in the aftermath of the hookup exposure.
