The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will keep working to rebuild his life, but that could get tougher soon enough. According to new fall preview spoilers, Thomas is about to find himself in familiar, dangerous territory. There’ll definitely be some temptation when Thomas and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) start working together once again.
Of course, Hope will probably want to have a long talk with Thomas before they even consider taking this step. It’ll be important for Thomas to avoid falling into the same old patterns.
However, Thomas has made great strides in overcoming his infatuation with Hope. She can tell that Thomas has put some work into this and that he’s willing to move on.
Even so, B&B fans know Hope’s been a real weakness for Hope in the past. Hope may trust that Thomas can keep things professional, but can he really? Once Hope and Thomas are spending tons of time on the job, it could bring them closer.
That could be risky since Thomas is always going to be drawn to Hope. She’ll forever be in his heart whether he acts on his feelings or not.
Between work and co-parenting Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), there’s the potential for trouble here. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Thomas will face a challenge as this storyline heats up in the fall.
Will Thomas be able to respect boundaries and treat Hope right? Can they have a normal working relationship or will Thomas’ obsession with Hope come roaring back?
Although Thomas may not go back into full-blown infatuation mode, this does sound like a setup for something to happen between Thomas and Hope. That’s especially true since we know Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) are going to face some issues.
As Liam and Hope start arguing about what’s best for Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray), it could give Thomas an opportunity.
Thomas may take Hope’s side during Steffy’s addiction story. Perhaps Thomas will reflect on his own issues and how crucial it is to know when you’re putting your children at risk. Thomas might express regrets about hurting Douglas with his own behavior.
Since Thomas was addicted to Hope in a way, he might draw some comparisons and contend that Steffy needs to work on herself so she can be the parent Kelly needs. Hope might appreciate having Thomas in her corner, particularly if she feels like Liam’s pulling away.
There’s the potential for Liam to join Steffy and Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) for a love triangle while sparks fly for Thomas and Hope. Whatever the case, there’s a reason B&B’s opening the door to something more happening between Hope and Thomas.
The Bold and the Beautiful could finally let “Thope” happen and launch major problems in the process.
