The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Thursday, April 23, teases that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will wonder what the heck Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) was thinking! Penny just bashed Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) over the head and made a terrible situation even worse. The doc will protest that she had to prevent secret spillage, but Sally won’t think this was the way to do it.
Nevertheless, what’s done is done. Penny managed to stop Flo from contacting Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), but now Penny and Sally have an unconscious body on their hands. What are they going to do? For starters, they’re going to argue!
Sally will still be reeling over Penny’s attack – and Penny obviously won’t be too calm about all this either. They’re losing control and sinking into deeper trouble fast. Penny and Sally will disagree about their next move, so B&B fans can expect a shouting match while Flo’s out cold.
Meanwhile, Wyatt will continue his discussion with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). They’ll be able to relate to hurting former flames and wishing they could undo the damage.
Wyatt doesn’t want Sally back romantically, but he knows he could’ve handled some things differently. As for Bill, he’d love another chance to rebuild his relationship with Katie Logan (Heather Tom).
Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) will do her best to help Bill out. Since Donna truly believes Bill’s sorry, she’ll hope she can push Katie back in Bill’s direction. Unfortunately, sometimes sorry doesn’t cut it – and this is one of those times.
Katie just won’t be sure she can trust Bill after so many betrayals. When Bill offers a sincere apology, Katie won’t be willing to accept it.
That doesn’t mean “Batie” is over forever, especially since Bill will vow to fight for Katie. However, it does mean Bill won’t get what he wants right now. This reunion will have to wait until Katie comes around or B&B writers run out of ideas again!
As for Wyatt, he’ll part ways with Bill and head back to the beach house. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Wyatt’s sudden return will bring total terror. Penny and Flo will still have unconscious Flo on the floor, so they’ll have to think fast.
Will Sally stop Wyatt from entering? Since Dr. Escobar’s there, Sally could request privacy for a meeting about her “condition.” If nothing else, Sally might stall Wyatt long enough for Penny to drag Flo into another room. Regardless, The Bold and the Beautiful may not offer too many answers before the big cliffhanger.
Sadly, this was the final episode completed before production was suspended. The cast and crew can’t get back in the studio due to the COVID-19 aka coronavirus crisis – and there’s no word on when that’ll change. Of course, production will have to resume eventually. We’ll give you updates whenever that good news comes along!
