The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thursday, December 24 Recap - Stephanie’s Portrait Replaces Quinn's, Brooke's Revenge

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers recap for Thursday, December 24, reveal that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) gazed at the Christmas decorations at the Forrester mansion. “You’re always up to something,” Ridge said playfully to Brooke.

Eric Forrester (John McCook) came down the stairs, and Brooke unveiled her surprise – she had put Stephanie Forrester’s (Susan Flannery) portrait back up above the fireplace.

“I thought I’d put her back where she belongs,” Brooke said. “Consider it a Christmas present.” Brooke said that they could put Quinn Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) portrait back up if Eric wanted, but Eric said that for tonight it was ok – as a tribute to Stephanie.

“But I want everyone to get along on the holiday,” Eric said, gazing at the portrait fondly.

Later, Eric played the piano as Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) sat nearby. Brooke and Ridge looked happy, and soon Ridge and Eric meandered into the kitchen to check on the food.

Brooke took a call from Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones), and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) walked in the front door.

Right after, Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) walked in, surprising Zoe. Zoe took Paris aside and asked what she was doing here, but they got interrupted as Eric and Ridge walked back in the room and Eric welcomed everyone to their Christmas Eve celebration.

Eric explained that tomorrow was the big celebration, but that tonight it was just a small affair. Eric got on the piano, and the group sang Deck The Halls together.

After a while, Paris got a tour of the mansion, and Zoe got another moment alone with her sister. “What’s really going on?” Zoe insisted. Paris didn’t know what Zoe meant, and Zoe accused Paris of showing up to the party uninvited.

Paris replied that Zende invited her, and she tried to joke around with Zoe, but Zoe wasn’t having it. “Don’t push it,” Zoe said.

Soon, Ridge got some text updates from Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about how Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray) was enjoying Christmas Eve, and Brooke noted that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) had reported that her kids were excited about Christmas, too.

Eric unveiled a karaoke machine, and Zoe sang a jazzy version of Jingle Bells for the group. Everyone loved it and applauded happily.

Off to the side, Paris thanked Zende for inviting her, while Carter thanked Zoe for agreeing to marry him. Zende invited Paris to join the family volunteering at a homeless shelter downtown on Christmas Day, and Paris happily accepted.

Eric then got everyone’s attention and said a few words to each person there, thanking them and expressing his joy to have them in his life.

Ridge praised his father, saying that Eric loves his family and makes their lives better. Ridge and Eric had a tender moment as they nodded at Stephanie’s portrait. Brooke read the Christmas story for the group, and Paris said that she was grateful that the Forresters welcomed her into their home.

Paris then sang a beautiful a cappella version of Silent Night, which everyone loved.

Zende beamed as Paris finished the carol, and everyone applauded. Eric thanked Paris for the song, saying that it was beautiful and that it reminded them of what Christmas was really about.

Eric said a few words about giving kindness to others, then he hopped on the piano and the group sang Joy To The World together as they gazed at Stephanie’s portrait.
