The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers recap for Tuesday, August 25, reveal that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) finished up their conversation at Brooke’s place. Brooke told Bill to stop going on about how he loves her, and Bill took off.
Upstairs, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) walked back to Brooke’s bedroom, with Brooke’s declaration of love for Bill reverberating in his head. Bill ripped up the note that he had written for Brooke and took the pieces of the note and the flower and threw it in the trash can.
Ridge then went outside and had some flashbacks about various times that Bill has come between himself and Brooke.
Later, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) showed up and quickly learned that Brooke had decided to forgive Ridge. Donna was thrilled, and Brooke gushed that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Ridge and that Ridge was going to get Shauna Forrester (Denise Richards) to sign the annulment papers.
Brooke said that both she and Ridge took responsibility for the things they’d done to hurt each other, and Donna was thrilled for them both.
At the Forrester mansion, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) talked with Shauna. Quinn was feeling triumphant about how she got Bill to rush over to see Brooke.
Quinn was sure that Bill was begging Brooke to take him back, and Shauna was glad to hear that, but she worried that she didn’t want to be with Ridge just because of Bill.
Quinn told Shauna not to worry, and that Ridge would be grateful that he walked away from Brooke in the end. Quinn gushed about how going to see Bill was a genius move.
Quinn surmised that Ridge would be furious when he learned that Bill was sniffing around Brooke again, and that Ridge would walk away from Brooke for good. Quinn ranted about Brooke for a while, saying that she deserved everything that came her way.
Shauna felt a little sorry for Brooke, but Quinn told her not to feel that way – after all, Brooke tried to undermine Quinn’s marriage, so she’s “got to go.”
Shauna worried that Brooke might find out about Quinn’s interference and go to Eric Forrester (John McCook), but Quinn replied that this is exactly why they need to view Brooke as an enemy.
Finally, Quinn decided to leave Shauna alone so that when Ridge came home, they could have their reunion in private. Shauna hoped it would be a good reunion. Quinn was sure that it would be, and she took off.
Over at Spencer Publications, Bill drank alone, flashing back to kissing Brooke and some of the good times that they had in the past. At Brooke’s place, Brooke got dressed in slinky lingerie and waited for Ridge to come home, flashing back to some good memories that she and Ridge had.
And back at the Forrester mansion. Shauna waited alone, flashing back to good times with Ridge in Las Vegas. Suddenly, Ridge walked in the front door with the annulment papers in his hand.
Shauna asked if Ridge was all right, and just then Quinn started watching silently from the kitchen doorway. Ridge looked at the annulment papers and put them back in his pocket.
“My wife,” Ridge said. “Yes, I’m your wife,” Shauna replied. “You’re home, Ridge.” Ridge then extended his hand to Shauna and she followed him upstairs, as Quinn watched happily.
