The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, September 29, tease that the intervention for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will continue. As B&B viewers know, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) have just arrived at the cliff house to show a united front to Steffy alongside Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
Finn was stunned and horrified to learn about the knife incident and Steffy’s recent behavior, and he and Liam decided that the time to act was now.
Well, so far, Steffy hasn’t been receptive to anyone’s help, and she’s instead insisted that the big problem is that Liam “stole” Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray) and gave her to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
Steffy just isn’t thinking straight, and at the end of Monday’s episode, Steffy seemed to realize that her ability to get and take her pain meds was now gone. Steffy has just demanded that she needs her pills back, and she seems pretty desperate.
This will be a big step for Steffy, and although it’s probably going to lead her to melt down again, it will also lead her to finally admit that she has a problem.
According to B&B spoilers, Steffy will finally utter the words, “I’m addicted,” as the realization sinks in. Steffy will say the words at Finn’s urging, and from there, it looks like Steffy will agree to get the help that she so desperately needs. It’s going to be a must-see confrontation on Tuesday’s episode.
Meanwhile, on the new episode of B&B on Tuesday, September 29, Hope will anxiously wait and wonder what’s going on over at Steffy’s place. As B&B viewers know, Hope chose not to be a part of the intervention, for fear that it might cause disruption or unnecessary angst for Steffy.
Instead, it appears that Hope will interact with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), and she will probably get him up to speed on what’s going on with Steffy.
Thomas is going to be horrified to hear about Steffy’s outburst and the knife incident at Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) place, and he’ll immediately start to worry about his sister.
But Thomas will probably stop short from going over to Steffy’s place, since Liam, Finn, and Ridge will have things under control. But that won’t stop Thomas from fretting about Steffy, and that’s when Hope will step in and offer Thomas comfort.
Of course, both Hope and Thomas know that Steffy is strong and that she can get through this difficult time in her life, but Thomas won’t like the idea of Steffy suffering, and he’ll probably blame Liam for a lot of it.
Hope might shut down that kind of talk, but she will offer Thomas an ear and she’ll reassure him about how Steffy is going to get better and beat this thing.
One wonders whether Thomas will put things together and realize that his buddy Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) was the one responsible for supplying Steffy with her illegal stash of pain meds.
Thomas isn’t going to be happy with Vinny once that fact comes out. We’ll see whether Thomas and Hope discuss Steffy’s access to pills and whether Thomas gets a clue about that.
