The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, August 28, teases that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will have to face the facts. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) just won’t think there’s any way forward for them – not when Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) keeps coming between them.
Of course, this isn’t just about Bill. It’s also about trust and this pattern of hurting each other. Ridge may think they’ve been kidding themselves when it comes to being each other’s destiny. Brooke will keep trying to convince Ridge that he’s got it all wrong.
Part of Brooke will always love Bill, but that doesn’t mean he’s the man she wants. However, it’s not just about what Brooke wants. It’s about what Ridge wants, too. Ridge and Brooke’s relationship has simply hit one roadblock too many. This is end of that road!
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Ridge will insist he’s done, so they’ll face a flood of emotions as “Bridge” officially crumbles. Brooke will undoubtedly be in tears over this difficult goodbye, but her sorrow will turn to rage as she faces off with Shauna Fulton Forrester (Denise Richards).
Brooke may blame Shauna for ruining things with the Vegas nuptials, but Brooke’s the one who kicked off all this trouble by kissing Bill. There were also hurdles involving Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) long before that, so Brooke can’t put all this on Shauna.
The truth is Brooke and Ridge have had serious problems in their relationship – ones that keep popping up again and again in various forms. Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) certainly thinks Shauna will be a far better wife for Ridge, so she’ll surely pipe up about that again.
As for Shauna, she’ll unleash some of her anger once she’s provoked by Brooke. Shauna manipulated her way into this marriage with Quinn’s help, but she’ll put any lingering guilt aside and focus on going up against Brooke. B&B spoilers say Brooke and Shauna will have quite a faceoff, but Brooke may get the last word once again.
Brooke may suggest that sooner or later, Shauna’s going down along with Quinn. Even if Brooke can’t be with Ridge, she certainly won’t want Shauna living happily ever after with him! Shauna doesn’t deserve that as far as Brooke’s concerned, so she’d better watch her back – and that goes for Quinn as well.
