The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Tuesday, September 29, tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will be a source of support for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
Thomas will get updates on all the latest Steffy drama, including the outburst with the knife and the intervention that’s going down. Part of Thomas may want to rush over and be there for Steffy, but Hope might suggest too many people would be overwhelming.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) are already trying to get through to Steffy at the cliff house, so they’ve got this covered.
Thomas will need time to wrap his head around how bad things are anyway. This addiction news will hit Thomas hard and make him wish he’d saw warning signs before now.
Of course, Thomas may play the blame game somewhat. Steffy’s pain clearly goes beyond just physical; it also involves the emotional pain of losing Liam and being jerked around by him for so long.
Thomas may think Liam’s the real source of Steffy’s problems, but Hope might contend that getting Steffy help is all that matters. The goal is helping Steffy move forward, not dwelling on what happened in the past.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will get choked up over his sister’s agony and the tough battle ahead of her. Fortunately, Hope will be there to reassure Thomas and remind him of Steffy’s fighting spirit.
Once Steffy admits she has a problem, Hope will have no doubt that Steffy can reclaim her life and get back to her old self.
Meanwhile, Steffy will get another round of tough love from three important men in her life. Ridge, Liam and Finn will keep doing everything in their power to put Steffy on the right path.
Steffy just shouted about how she needs her pills and seems to be realizing how out of control she is. It’ll take a bit more encouragement, but Finn will convince Steffy to confess she’s addicted.
B&B spoilers say that’ll be a positive first step toward Steffy’s recovery. Although this should be a long and difficult process, Steffy will know she’s not alone. Finn, Liam and Ridge will make sure Steffy has help as she begins this journey.
Steffy may agree to rehab and promise to do whatever it takes to get better – both for herself and for Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray).
