The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that fans are in for a special week on the CBS soap. The new B&B preview for the week of May 18th teases what’s in store during the special “The One, The Only, Brooke Logan” week on the show. Viewers will see encore episodes that are focused on Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and some of her adventures over the years.
CBS has selected some special Brooke-centered episodes for viewers for the week, and the B&B promo shows some great throwback clips from those episodes, including clips from the episode that will air on Monday, May 18th, which takes place right after Brooke and Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) 1991 wedding at the Forrester mansion.
Eric will whisk Brooke off in a hot air balloon, then off to a romantic horseback ride through the Southern California desert.
Brooke is shown in the promo back in 1991, telling Eric that he really does make all of her fantasies come true. It was certainly an idyllic time for the couple, who married despite Stephanie Forrester’s (Susan Flannery) anguish over the situation.
The new B&B promo also shows some clips from the famous 1998 “Brooke’s Bedroom” launch, which will air on Tuesday, May 19th. Brooke is shown in the promo saying, “Just wait until you get an eyeful of this,” and clearly planning a shocker of a launch at Forrester Creations.
It will all be designed to stun Taylor Hayes Forrester (Hunter Tylo) and Stephanie. Stephanie and Eric are shown looking shocked at what happens at the launch, which will include Brooke appearing on top of a bed wearing slinky lingerie.
Brooke will get some help from Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) in pulling the whole thing off. Taylor will be horrified as she watches the events unfold on the fashion channel from home.
The B&B promo also shows some clips from the show’s 5000th episode in 2007 that will air on Wednesday, May 20th. Brooke is shown embracing Stephanie, telling her, “I know you love me.”
This will occur after Ridge Forrester (Ron Moss), Eric, Stephanie, and Brooke call a temporary truce while at the Forrester cabin in Big Bear.
While at the cabin, the foursome will reminisce about both their personal and professional lives over the years, and there will be some flashbacks during the episode to the first time that Brooke met the Forresters back in 1987. The promo shows a clip from one of the flashbacks, with a young Brooke meeting Stephanie for the first time.
Next, the B&B promo shows some beautiful scenes from Brooke and Nick Marone’s (Jack Wagner) 2006 wedding, which will be shown on Thursday, May 21st. Nick is shown telling Brooke, “No day is the same with you, and I like that.” Then the scene flashes to Nick and Brooke on Nick’s boat in route to their honeymoon destination.
Finally, the promo shows some scenes from Brooke and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) romantic reunion in 2013, when Ridge returned to Los Angeles after a prolonged absence.
This episode will air on Friday, May 22nd, and it will mark the beginning of Thorsten Kaye’s run as Ridge. Ridge is shown in the promo telling Eric, “If I can win her back, I’m never going to let her go.”
But Ridge won’t know that Brooke will have recently had an affair with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) while he was married to Katie Spencer (Heather Tom). In the episode, Eric will neglect to mention this critical fact, and Ridge and Brooke will go on to have a tender reunion at the water staircase, with Ridge holding a single rose.
It’s a great promo, and it certainly looks like viewers are in for an exciting Brooke-centered week. For long-time fans, it will be a great chance to reminisce, and for newer viewers, it will be a chance to take in some great B&B history. Be sure to keep CDL at the ready for all your current B&B updates and news going forward!
