The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Zende Forrester Dominguez is headed back on canvas in the form of Delon de Metz on new B&B episodes. Now that we know a Zende recast is on the way, we have to think about his relationship status. Is Zende still married to Nicole Avant Forrester (Reign Edwards)?
Although there’s no confirmation on that yet, it seems likely Zende and Nicole split off screen. It’s always sad when the show breaks up a previously happy couple, but they have to deliver some drama! The Bold and the Beautiful may bring brokenhearted Zende back to Los Angeles following his divorce.
Of course, it’s also possible Zende will still be married and battle temptation. Zende could sign on to help Forrester Creations with a new line and leave Nicole in Paris for a while. That might bring the opportunity for Zende to cheat and blow up his marriage with someone on canvas.
However, it’d probably be a bad idea to bring this new actor on and have him play a cheater right off the bat. It’d be difficult to root for Zende in another romance if we knew he was hurting Nicole.
On the other hand, it’d be far easier if Zende and Nicole simply grew apart. Maybe Nicole even dumped Zende, which could leave fans with some sympathy for him as he reenters the picture.
Regardless, there’s a good chance Zende will be divorced and looking for love in new B&B episodes. Now that we know who’s playing the new Zende, who do you envision him with? Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) is a great option, but Zende and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) would also be a sizzling match.
Even Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) could be paired up with Zende down the road. Just because someone’s taken now doesn’t mean they won’t be available later! The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say some other new characters are in the works as well, so Zende can bounce back fast if Nicole is indeed his ex-wife.
