It turns out the couple John and Becky Copple are one of the biggest donors to Red Rock and most especially the neuro center. Logan tells Conrad this and puts pressure on him to make sure Becky pulls through.
John begins to feel guilty saying it was his fault and his idea to go jet skiing and they crashed at full speed. Conrad deflects and tells him she’ll be fine and focus more on getting him better. They decide to do a CT scan since John had a benign tumor removed eight yrs ago from his brain.
Before Becky and John head to their respective ERs, they tell each other they love each other. John tells everyone that in 20 years of marriage they have never been without each other!

Feldman and Pravesh stabilize the three patients and try to figure out how they have the same illness with nothing in common. As they question the patients they discover they have taken Dr. Bell’s life supplements and want to call the CDC and report it, Dr. Bell tries to stop them saying it can be other causes and they drug is still new, but Pravesh says he has to do the right thing.
Dr. Bell discovers other patients at another hospital have been diagnosed with the same illness from taking the supplements and tells Andrea he has to tell the partners to pull the drug off the shelf. Andrea claims she feels as if it’s not her 3b supplements that are causing the illness the partners want to pull the supplements Dr. Bell decides he wants to buy out the other two partners and they agree.
