The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) and Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) share an unwanted common experience. They recently split from the men they love, with both ladies being dumped.
Oh, it’s true that Lola drove the end of the likable Kola coupling. But her insistence that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) acknowledge what she felt were his true feelings led to an apparent Skyle revival.
As for Elena, she is responsible for Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) shock and heartbreak. Elena is also taking full responsibility for the end of her relationship with him.

Lola didn’t know Elena all that well. But Y&R cleverly wrote both characters together at Crimson Lights. The bonding session was recognizable as the instant where two people, who are at somewhat similar crossroads in their lives, were going to create a mutually beneficial friendship.
The offer Lola made to Elena, to move into her two-bedroom apartment that’s above Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) coffee house, was kind. That prominent aspect of Lola’s personality is something Kyle was attracted to from the earliest days of Kola.

Hey, Elena made a terrible mistake. No one disputes that. Whether it represents latent feelings she was developing for Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), or not, the consequences she quickly faced as a result are devastating.
Elevon, or the equally apt nickname, Delena, are done. Devon said that he’ll never be able to forgive what happened, but he knows he’ll get through it.
That’s a reasonable conclusion because of the torture he was able to overcome after the tragic deaths of what would have been Hevon’s first-born child and Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan).
Moving on from Devon won’t be simple. But Elena has forced herself into a position that will be initially awkward because of the smallness of Genoa City, Wisconsin. But her resilient spirit will propel a comeback.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lola Rosales Down The Path
Lola is many months ahead of Elena on the post-relationship path. Of course, Lola’s marriage to Kyle represented a connection that was more complex, on the surface, than Elena’s, as she and Devon weren’t married yet.
The chance of a Kola rebound isn’t overly believable at this point in the plot, even if it somehow happens, or is a momentary event. So, it’s reasonable to assume that Lola will fight back by keeping her business interests going and by finding another man to love.
Yes, the friendship she and Elena are forming should prove worthwhile as their lives evolve on Y&R.
