The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Gloria Fisher Bardwell (Judith Chapman) could cause danger for a couple of unsuspecting Genoa City residents.
Y&R fans know Gloria blew into town with plenty of secrets and a flash drive that she hid in the box behind the sofa. Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) was worried about the danger to his family, so he grilled Gloria relentlessly and refused to stop her from leaving.
As far as Kevin’s concerned, everyone’s better off without Gloria in the picture. Kevin has to think about Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Miles Fisher’s safety, but now the danger could be shifting to another family.
Kevin, Chloe, Miles and Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) are moving in another house while Chance Chancellor (Justin Gaston) and Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Justin Gaston) make the Chancellor mansion their new home.
What does that mean for Gloria’s storyline? What about the flash drive Gloria left behind?
There are a few ways Y&R writers could take this story next. One way might be that Chance or Abby will find that flash drive and get a shock over what’s on it. Perhaps they could spruce the place up a bit and discover what’s in the box as they’re rearranging.
Then again, maybe that flash drive could stay put until it’s time for peril to strike. If Gloria tips somebody off to the incriminating evidence she stashed, that could bring someone armed and dangerous to the Chancellor mansion.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chance and Abby are hoping to start their new family soon, but a threat like this could put it in jeopardy.
Chance has already taken a bullet, so he certainly won’t want to take another one. Abby could be in serious trouble, too. We wouldn’t put it past someone to kidnap Abby in hopes of forcing an exchange.
If Chance and Abby are still in the dark on that flash drive at that point, Chance might struggle to find it and sort this mess out.
Of course, there’s an even worse option involving Abby. She’s hoping to get pregnant, so there could be a threat to her unborn baby if she’s got a bun in the oven by then.
Bottom line, Kevin was quite fearful about Gloria dragging his family into turmoil. Now that Chance and Abby are taking the Fisher fam’s spot at the Chancellor mansion, they could be at risk. It all depends on that flash drive and who might come looking for it with a gun!
